Went into the store for the second time no one on the front end to help out when needed. Could not get my photos printed for the second time... Someone stole the cables they said.... Part of the problem is you have no one to help and watch the front of your store... No employees. Bad management for sure. Tags that don't match the product. Horrible place to shop.

There is a very rude male pharmacist working here who denied to fill my RX by my doctor for my post-op pain management, on the day of my discharge.

This CVS has a woman that is so hateful and rude on the phone. I thought maybe I came off wrong when she was rude to me. But when I went to Walmart Neighborhood Market to see if CVS transferred prescription for my husband because CVS didn't have it in stock. The Pharmacist said he called CVS and the woman was so rude and slammed the phone up on him. So he call them back and another woman answered and the Pharmacist asked for the woman's name who was rude to him. And he was told well we have just women that works here. He said well I know it wasn't you but the other one answered the phone was rude and needed to be reported. Anyway she said ok I'll fax the order to you. 3 hours later nothing. So I called CVS and asked if they faxed it yet? He said hold on let me check. He got back on and said I been here since 3 and nobody from Walmart has called them. I told him we were there now and was told when the Pharmacist called y'all she was rude and slammed the phone on him and etc. Then he said ok I'll call Walmart now. We waited until the Pharmacist told us that they haven't heard anything from CVS so we went home. I think the woman should not be answering the phone if she can't be more professional. This isn't the first time I have dealt with her. I'm considering changing Pharmacies.You should have it where you can give minus stars!!!!!

Worst customer service ever. Do NOT waste your time here. They make you wait in multiple lines even though they are the ones that have messed up. I waited forever in the drive through (as usual!) only for them to tell me to come inside. Then they made me wait in the long line inside! When I got to the front they then told me to step aside and I had to wait again!! The most recent event is when I waited for 30 mins in the drive through lane only to pull up to the lane where a hand written note saying "drop off's only" was taped to the machine. She wouldn't help me and said there was signage elsewhere which I did not see. Therefore I wasted a half an hour, lost my place in line, and was met with a rude CVS employee. I will not be back and am transferring my prescriptions elsewhere. Would give it zero stars if I was able to.

This location has very poor service. I needed to get 2 prescriptions filled from care now for my son. After the doctors visit we stopped by and they said the prescriptions would be ready in an hour, so we take our son home and come back after an hour. When we get back they informed us the didn’t have the prescriptions. Then they offered very little help in getting his medication. We were able to transfer the prescription to Best West Value Pharmacy this morning. We would have used them if it wasn’t after hours. I would highly recommend Best West Value Pharmacy.

They are closed from 1:30 to 2:00 p.m. for lunch, I was told by my doctor they were 24 hour lol.

Called to find out information about a prescription,The man that answers the phoneAssuming it’s the pharmacist since I was told I was on the doctors line was very rude and instead of transferring me to the correct associate, he hung up on me.So unprofessional and was very rude about it.

My prescriptions were done quickly. When I arrived inside, there was a line, but Tyrell was amazing! He worked efficiently and professionally. He was helpful and knowledgeable. Impressive.

CVS sucks; I cannot say it any louder!! I have Covid. My prescription was sent to the CVS at 100 Wilshire Blvd. They never sent a pick up notification. Therefore we went down there 10 hours after the prescription was submitted only to find out they did not have it in stock. However, they didn't even bother to notify us. They told my husband he could drive to the one down Wilshire close to H-E-B. He gets there and wait in line for two freaking hours only to be told they don't have the right dosage in stock so now they are sending him to the one in the target on John Jones. So he goes to the target CVS and after waiting another hour was told that the only medication they had in stock was expired so sorry we cannot sell it. I give the freak up on cvs. I will never ever ever be back. They suckkkkkkk!update: after getting home CvS Target called and said to come back; they cd sell him the expired medz after all. They were going yo extend the expiration date! Wth??!!

Pharmacy will not field any calls and obviously are understaffed. This is the second and last time I will have anything filled at this store.

Just tried to pick up a prescription inside. For 20 minutes there was nobody at the register, though there were 3 people working. Absolutely ridiculous.
