I want to thank Sofia at the Burleson location off of John Jones for showing that she cared in every way. From offering me assistance with a discount card to greeting me at the window. I didn’t feel like just another customer. She made me feel special. I hate to say it, but this hasn’t been the norm so it’s a breath of fresh air. At least I feel better about going back! Great job Sofia!

The entire staff of the pharmacy was extremely rude. Made me feel like I was wasting my time and tried to force me to leave by saying we close in a few min asked for a simple transfer and was met with scowling faces and even one of the workers yelled at a customer through the glass after they left which was very unprofessional.

I’ve used CVS/ Caremark since 2002 when my insurance prescription plan changed to them as providers. In that time I have never been more disappointed in the service I received ( didn’t receive) than I was on my last visit. I may become a Walgreens customer after this last visit.

I give cvs great marks for years. I am disabled and can't handle the pneumatic tube in the outside lane. Today I was behind the car at the window, 5 people got their orders from the outside lane. At that point it had been almost 25 minutes so I left. I don't blame the person in front of me but the employees should have told her to come back in 30 minutes as they asked me once. Just literally let her park at the window.

Monday morning is a "busy time" for this location. The person at the register couldn't tell me why. I'm usually at WORK on a Monday morning like the rest of us, so what's causing this backlog ? Maybe CVS should get out of the pharmacy business if it cannot keep staff..Just sayin'

If I could give the ladies at the pharmacy a 0 star review I would. I waited for AN HOUR with one car ahead of me and when I got to the window waited another 20 minutes before I pressed the call button and one of the 4 girls answered the phone and said be right with you and rolled her eyes (as if I can't see her). Finally saw them help people at the counter th at just walked up and got them in and out in no time. My husband jumped out of the car and went inside and got the medicine in no time. DONT GO TO THE DRIVE THROUGH CAUSE YHEY DONY GIVE A SHIT IF YOURE THERE OR NOT.

Absolutely horrible!! The pharmacy has the most incompetent people working there! I've been using this pharmacy for 1 year, and EVERY SINGLE TIME, there has been a problem! Don't waste your time here! It's not worth it!They always tell me that my doctor needs to send a new prescription to get my refill even though my doctor has already sent it in advance. The fact that these dumb people can't even look in the file to refill a prescription is PATHETIC! Apparently, looking at a computer screen is too much work for them!Additionally, the manager of the store like to complain and talk shit to customers about the employees there. Extremely unprofessional! I don't care that you had to come into work when you were mowing your lawn because an employee had to call in because they were sick. I also don't need you to read the text messages between you and that employee to me while complaining.Just a horrible store all around!! I feel bad for everyone who has to work under that lady. She's probably why they've been short-staffed for months and months now!This CVS location just needs to be shut down! They clearly can't handle running the store or the pharmacy!Once again, I have to call them and tell them how to do their job, AKA looking at a computer screen and seeing that my doctor has already sent in the prescriptions!As soon as I pick that prescription up, I'm moving pharmacies! I suggest current customers do the same, and potential customers don't waste your time or energy on this location!

Cvs is the worst pharmacy. Sat in line behind 2 people and waited 20mins to pick up a prescription that took me 2mins to receive.They even gave me the wrong quantity prescription. The text messages do not tell you what dosage and quantity for a prescription.They have given me auto- fill prescriptions that I had plenty of and didn't need, then give me trouble getting prescriptions that I am out of. When I call to speak to someone I have heard the phone ringing for up to 10mins and then on hold for sometimes another 10-15mins.This Cvs has no customer service that should receive any good recognition.

Prices are high. I only shop there when I have to pick up a prescription and too lazy to go to Wal-Mart.
