Highly don’t recommend. They don’t answer the phone and the pharmacy automatically directs you to a voicemail system that says they will call you back within an hour. Very inconvenient, especially considering they are a 24 hour pharmacy. Sad that some businesses have turned to robots instead of humans for actual customer service.

Never fill your prescription at CVS it's always more expensive, even with insurance. One med was like 50 bucks at CVS and at the walmart pharmacy was 20..... tell me how that works when it's insurance. I worked in the Healthcare field for 15 years, I would always recommend another pharmacy for my patients.

The pharmacist out right refused to refill my prescription because “HE” though it was too soon even though it clearly states on the bottle, my online profile & on the physicians electronic prescription it is a 23 day supply which was also confirmed by doing the simple math on the prescribe dosage. The pharmacist still refused and told me he would not fill it until 30 days. this is not a new rx either, I’ve been taking the SAME prescribed dose & having it filled at cvs over 3 years w/out any issues. I asked him why he refused to fill a prescription as prescribe by a physician & approved by my insurance but he did not answer instead he told me to call back after midnight, he might let me fill it then.

The man pharmacist is very cocky and judgemental. I am in my 50's with cancer and he was set on making me feel stupid. I am educated with a high i.q.but I talk slower now and I don't hear so well. He was so bust being a stuffed shirt and acting like a dr. That he forgot the situational awareness part. Treat others as u would like to be treated. I am very sorry that I transferred all my prescriptions to this pharmacy but need a 24 hour pharmacy :( I like the one in the 14 or 1700 block of Wilshire much better. Ps. Idk what was said to the pharmacy cashier the day I was there, but when I showed up the next after my insurance carrier called and dressed down the pharmacist, she started shaking as she checked me out and after the pharmacist had bullied me once again. Even though he was in the wrong and had done my prescription wrong, he never apologized and I believe he had bullied the cashier also. Why else would a young girl start shaking once he interjected himself into my corrected prescription pickup?

I came through the drive thru to get medicine for my sick baby. When the cost of the medicine was too expensive with insurance, I mentioned a good rx coupon. The technician told me she wasn't familiar with what I was talking about. Then she said she knew but her phone was on the other side of the store. Then when I pulled it up the pharmacist came over and told me I couldn't use it through the drive thru. If it were an issue of time I should have been just told to drive around. But it is a money thing. The pharmacist told me I would have to come inside. So I got my sick baby out and went inside. She was crying and the next drive thru customer was prioritized over me. The pharmacist even commented the commercial for goodrx says when you drop off to notify of the coupon. All of my scripts are E-scripts, sent online. Policies and money are placed over compassion here. Do better cvs. I won't return.

Don't bother going up to the counter at the pharmacy unless you've got all day to wait, they don't give a damn about you. Worst customer service I've seen in years.
The drive through pharmacy is no faster. I'd give this place no stars if I could.

I just left here and the exchange with the 1 employee (white bald man) was embarrassing. There was one other person in the store, a black man in a dress shirt and slacks and the employee was actively following him around and staring him down. Like every isle he went down the man would go to the end of the isle and stare him down. I thought I was being paranoid being black as well and it is Burleson. When I walked in I said hello to said employee. He made a face and said nothing. Cool. Maybe he was having a bad day. Nope. Every other person that entered that was not a POC got a big smile and a hello. The black man checked out before me. He waited for the man to ring him up but he never even attempted to approach the counter to do so so he and I both went to self check out. The employee moved to the middle of the store almost by the front door to watch us both ring up and leave. I have never felt so uncomfortable or unsafe in all my life. Posting on my platforms and never going back

I don’t often leave reviews but what else can you do these days. Clearly management knows there a problem with such terrible reviews. This is the SLOWEST pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Doesn’t really matter what time of day or how many people are there it takes about 20 to 30 minutes to get your scripts on a good day. The staff is not friendly and it seems to gets worse every time I come here. Do yourself a favor and send your prescription ANYWHERE else. They are slow on purpose and it shows!

Be VERY CAREFUL when filling prescriptions at this location! I guess they thought they were dealing with a fool this time! CVS tried to get me to pay there cash price for my asthma medications, blood pressure, etc! Here’s the catch CVS didn’t realize I had already checked on the price of all my prescription medications to make sure they were covered! To make a long story short these particular meds CVS TRIED TO CHARGE ME THE CASH PRICE FOR, ARE $0 if they’re generic with the insurance plan I have! So of course I just called my insurance company to make sure I wasn’t making a mistake! I wasn’t! My insurance rep called CVS for me to see why they only ran certain medications on my insurance and the others they didn’t! The pharmacy representative couldn’t give an explanation! Then all of a sudden those meds ended up being $0! My insurance rep started companies like CVS sometimes tries to charge customers the cash price for medications, the insurance will pay for! It’s a scam CVS! I will definitely be taking this issue further! I really can’t believe that y’all tried to scam me outta my hard earn money for medication that are $0!!!!!!
