I just left here and the exchange with the 1 employee (white bald man) was embarrassing. There was one other person in the store, a black man in a dress shirt and slacks and the employee was actively following him around and staring him down. Like every isle he went down the man would go to the end of the isle and stare him down. I thought I was being paranoid being black as well and it is Burleson. When I walked in I said hello to said employee. He made a face and said nothing. Cool. Maybe he was having a bad day. Nope. Every other person that entered that was not a POC got a big smile and a hello. The black man checked out before me. He waited for the man to ring him up but he never even attempted to approach the counter to do so so he and I both went to self check out. The employee moved to the middle of the store almost by the front door to watch us both ring up and leave. I have never felt so uncomfortable or unsafe in all my life. Posting on my platforms and never going back

Be VERY CAREFUL when filling prescriptions at this location! I guess they thought they were dealing with a fool this time! CVS tried to get me to pay there cash price for my asthma medications, blood pressure, etc! Here’s the catch CVS didn’t realize I had already checked on the price of all my prescription medications to make sure they were covered! To make a long story short these particular meds CVS TRIED TO CHARGE ME THE CASH PRICE FOR, ARE $0 if they’re generic with the insurance plan I have! So of course I just called my insurance company to make sure I wasn’t making a mistake! I wasn’t! My insurance rep called CVS for me to see why they only ran certain medications on my insurance and the others they didn’t! The pharmacy representative couldn’t give an explanation! Then all of a sudden those meds ended up being $0! My insurance rep started companies like CVS sometimes tries to charge customers the cash price for medications, the insurance will pay for! It’s a scam CVS! I will definitely be taking this issue further! I really can’t believe that y’all tried to scam me outta my hard earn money for medication that are $0!!!!!!

Just wanted to say that you have to be careful of the tags because they are incorrect. They have some of the worst customer service. It's all about having to check yourself out and there's always a problem with the sales tags. Then there is waiting around again for another 10 or 15 minutes to get things straightened out and get someone up front to help out. And it looks like the sales associates just hate working at that location. Must have some pretty bad management. ?

Pharmacy is terrible. I hardly EVER write reviews, but the experience was so bad, I felt I had to. I would avoid this location!

Pharmacy is terrible. Lead pharmacist doesn't seem to care about any customers. The other pharmacy workers are as slow as molasses. We switched from Walgreens thinking our experience couldn't get much worse. We were wrong. Don't get me started on the drive thru experience. Avoid if you want to keep your sanity.

I go here to load my debit card ALL THE TIME even wee hours of morning cuz I work overnights. I came in at4:45am and was told I had to come back at 6am. Could someone PLEASE tell me why it is this way all of sudden. I promise the more I come here the worse the service gets especially the customer service. I guess any kind of service has just gone to hell in a hand basket especially HERE. This is only CVS open 24hrs but fir what reason you can't get services needed. The worst by far !!!It would be nice if someone would do something about this , but THEY WILL NOT.

Goes to the pharmacy. Goes to the drive through. Told to go in if I want to use my insurance. Go in wait for the two people in front of me ( unsure how long but quite a while) I get up to the front and was ignored for 20 min. Finally someone comes. Is annoyed I wanted to add my insurance. Scoffed at the price with out insurance because it didn’t seem “worth her time” Finally adds it and tells me I have to wait for the pharmacist to approve. Waits an hour. Gets the medicine. Gets home. The medicine….. not even mixed. ? go somewhere else. I’m glad I know what my medicine should look like… if you do choose to go here make sure you read the label or know what your supposed to get because I wouldn’t put it past them giving the wrong medication. And god forbid you have to use insurance.

Only good thing about this pharmacy is if they have what you need next day and it’s after hours for all other pharmacies. Gave me run around for days. Said they don’t have medicine and while waiting on pharmacist to clear it all up they hand a patient the very med I was needing for over 4 days. Then the pharmacist says that the system shows I don’t have a refill. When I have the bottle saying otherwise. They aren’t logging their transactions well. So good luck if you mess with them.

I stopped using CVS about 15 years ago. I had a situation where I ran out of blood pressure medicine unexpectedly and needed a refill right away. The pharmacist refused to refill the prescription that day and said it would be at least 24 to 48 hours before it would be refilled. I had current refills for the medication. When I voiced concerns about the fact, I was going to be off the medication for a couple of days that I really needed it. The pharmacist simply said I should’ve thought about that and called in advance. I ended up contacting the store manager and corporate and was offered a year discount on medication’s if I stayed with the pharmacy. I refused vowing to never use CVS again.I recently found myself in a situation where I was forced to use CVS to refill a prescription that was unavailable at my pharmacy. I reluctantly did so thinking surely things had changed. They had not. The staff was rude and dismissive. They also would not accept my insurance which is Blue Cross, Blue Shield. When I inquired about why they refused my insurance, I was ignored as if I didn’t even ask the question.Curiosity got the best of me so I decided to find out why CVS does not except Blue Cross Blue Shield. It turns out it’s not CVS. It is Blue Cross, Blue Shield who refuses to do business with CVS. Why you ask? Greed! “CVS Pharmacy® requested a higher reimbursement rate for generic prescriptions as compared to other pharmacies. Therefore, BCBSTX has made the decision to no longer include CVS pharmacies within the pharmacy network”. CVS is trying to price gouge.CVS is part of the problem. It is all about greed. They put profits over the best interests of customers. I was pleased to see there is more than just Blue Cross, Blue, Shield, of Texas dropping CVS there is a “class action lawsuit has been filed against vertically consolidated businesses CVS Health, Caremark, and Aetna with the goal to “recoup for independent pharmacies millions of dollars”But there is more. CVS is putting the public at risk. The the state of “California is expected to receive about $470 million from a multistate settlement with CVS over allegations that the pharmacy chain contributed to the country's opioid crisis”It is time to boycott and walk away from CVS.
