Had to go twice for air pressure check. First time they didn't look at the sticker and over filled 3-5 psi. Second time was great. I have been going here for as long as I can remember. 4 different cars.

Perpetually behind and understaffed. Wait times for simple jobs take several hours. Appointments mean absolutely nothing, you'll wait the same amount of time with or without an appointment.

Have been a customer more than 30 yrs.
1. Brand new Continental tires lasted 6,000 miles
2. Inquired with Discount Tire and was told nothing we can do about it.
3. Waited 4 hrs when several people without an appt were done before me.
4. Asked why that was, was told “I don’t know”.
5. Too much talking and goofing off, no management

One of the best discount tire stores around. I just went there to get tires balanced and rotated was in and out in under 45 minutes with them being really busy. Also while I was there. I watched them install somebody's spare back underneath their vehicle, to me that is going above and beyond
Update: They are still the busiest and best discount tire around. But they did misbalance both of my new tires, causing me to have to come back the next day. They promptly took care of it. It just sucks it took a second trip. I would still recommend them above any other place though.

Pretty busy location but I had an appointment for 2 new tires and it didn’t take too long. My only complaint was I requested the new tires be put in the back of the vehicle but they put them on the front.

Excellent customer service!
Love the free flat repair service!
They recommended new wiper blades, but I didn't want to pay the price these shops normally charge, so I declined. He told me they were folded over pretty good and really needed it, so he was going to throw them in at no charge...just to take care of us. Wow! And I was already there for a FREE (flat repair) service. Wow.

I went in with a nail in my tire. They were all so helpful and kind. It’s was patched and ready to go in no time! Excellent staff Excellent place!

Discount tire is my favorite and only go to for any tire work. They get in and out and fixed a nail and rotated my tires in under 45 minutes.

Today my 18 year old daughter went in for a tire/rim. Her rim needed replacement and the staff there was so helpful. Shes timid but they helped her figure it out. Her tire was under warranty so she only needed the rim. Amazing customer service. I will forever be a loyal customer.
