Horrible customer service I'd give them a 0 if Google would allow. They have had our Truck that we are still paying on since Aug 10th today is September 18th they have it in the service shop thru the warranty purchased through them.With nothing but empty promises and refusing all calls. Not responding to voice mail and always giving a false date that it will be completed when finally confronted. DO NOT RECOMMEND!! How do you expect a person to get to work to pay a note when you are keeping their only vehicle hostage?????Again HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

I have bought two motorcycles,a car and a truck from here and received gracious treatment and no nonsense help. They didn't over or up sale,they saw what I could honestly and comfortably afford in payments and in overall price and helped put me in not only something I liked but could afford without stretching thin. Will definitely deal with them in whatever vehicle matters I have.

I'm so happy I found this gem! I have bought several cars from Ernesto over the years and wouldn't think of going anywhere else. The staff are professional, pleasant to work with and gave me a fair price for both my trade in and the car I bought. They will also find the car that you want with everything in your wishlist if they don't have it on their lot. They are outstanding!

EC Cars is a great place to get a vehicle! The owners are hands-on and the entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable! If you need repairs to your current vehicle they are reasonably priced with great turn around time.

Ernesto had been incredibly helpful. I never thought that I would find a car that I would love so much. I was just trying to find something that would work for me. He walked me through the process despite the fact that it had been so long since I had went through the process of buying a car. He was so patient with me.

There cars are 10000 over kbb value. When many other places around them are 1000 dollars below or spot on kbb value. Other places are better. Edit: Of course you never met me you weren't who I talked to evidently you don't come to work til afternoon the day I showed up. If you have a problem with the price we were quoted talk to your employee that quoted it stating I can't get you the carfax I'm the only one here and don't have access. And I'm not a spammer my past reviews prove me. Good luck with your over priced inventory.
