The absolute worst place you could possibly get. You might as well throw your stuff away and save the money. There is a reason they are cheaper than everyone else, and your are still way over paying. I am interested in all other customers that have had their belongings ruined and file a class action lawsuit to put them out of business.

I just moved into town 3 months ago and needed a storage building for extra stuff. I was with them for only 2 months. My first issue was rats in my storage. I called and they just said for me to buy moth balls well that didn't work. I had stuff all chewed up. My second issue was I went to get holiday stuff out and came to find my storage open a partial way and my lock was gone. I was very lucky that they did not steal my stuff because they were probably coming back to take it, believe me I was very upset I called and they didn't do anything just told me to call the cops. The location is horrible but didn't want to pay to storage just a few things boy did I learn my lesson. Never go cheap. Now I'm trying to get my prorated and deposit money back and I can't seem to get anyone on the phone. I would never recommend anyone to rent from this place. Very upset and disappointed customer.

This place is AWFUL! I would not recommend this place to anybody. I was a customer for 2 months and someone smashed the whole locking device off my unit door. Stole over $1000 worth of my things. When I called to ask they accused me of smashing the lock off... and said there is nothing they can do about it. You can guarantee I took my hard earned stuff elsewhere.

I have been leasing a unit at this facility for about 2 years. They have switched ownership or management sometime in the passed 2 years because they used to give you a phone call if there was a problem with your account but not anymore. It's very hard to get in and and out when loading or unloading anything into or out of your unit first of all. Second they claim to "not have the staff to keep track of their customers" so if life happens and you miss a payment they won't let you know and one day you will receive a certified letter saying that you are locked out of your storage and your items could be up for auction. In my case I know FOR A FACT I paid this payment because it was a time I was out of town and had to pay it late so I included the late fee with my payment. However if you go after hours (which is when I can go after work) you slip your payment into a slot through the hole in the window so who knows where it goes from there. I would not recommend this unit to anyone. Let's just say you get what you pay for so I should have known when I picked the cheaper place.
