Holly and everyone was so kind & helpful, my first time to ever need to rent a storage unit so I didn’t know anything. Holly went above & beyond to help me with everything & anything. Everyone in the office was so kind to me & made me feel right at home & really appreciated my business. Hardly anyone tells you that anymore but they sure do & they show it! Wouldn’t go anywhere else even though it’s further away than several other storage facilities. Thank you Holly!! I so appreciate you!

The extra space storage staff were very welcoming and Holly went above and beyond to help me out while I was out of town trying to locate the right unit.
