Scheduled an alignment appointment and waited 1 hour and 45 minutes while my car remained in the parking lot and was never brought into the shop. There was no proactive communication about delays or equipment issues. I only learned there was a problem after I approached the counter myself, at which point I was told another vehicle was stuck in the alignment machine.
While waiting, another customer with a later appointment came in for the same service and was also told to sit without any explanation, which suggests a broader lack of communication and appointment management at this location.
Delays happen, and if the situation had been communicated earlier, I would have been understanding and likely stayed. However, the complete lack of communication shows a disregard for customers’ time. I ultimately left without service due to the lack of transparency and respect for scheduled appointments and will not be back.

Recently had an experience with shop manager, Beth and it was excellent! She explained everything to me in a way I could actually understand it. Extremely helpful and caring which is hard to find in the automotive industry. This place is a rare gem! TY BETH and Firestone of Burleson!

They have failed me twice... Told me they topped off my tires but two were at 25psi. Told me they patched it best they could but the tire/wheel never came off of the vehicle.n

I had my vehicle checked on December 18 to see if the could find why my tire was leaking air and they were the second location that couldn't find the leak. I decided to double check my air pressure today and it was at 84 psi. I took a picture by the time it was down to 68. That is ridiculous and my tire could have exploded .

She didn’t try to upsell or sell anything that wasn’t what I needed or wanted. If you want to have a stress free tire purchase and installation, go see Bethany. She went above and beyond!
