Friendly folks and great service. I was in Florida on vacation when my card was locked up. Was able to call customer service and got someone on the phone in less than 30seconds to help me. You don't get kind of service from a big bank. Will never bank anywhere simply for that fact. After traveling for more than half a day and everything in the world going wrong, I was a jam and they were able to solve my issue immediately. Also, they also recognize my family when we come to the drive thru and give my two boys suckers every time.... I went to Wellsfargo drive thru, where we also had an account, and asked for a s****** I was told they weren't giving out suckers due to the pandemic. That doesn't even make any sense.

I rarely leave a bad review but this place is ridiculous. Their customer service is absolutely aweful. Tried to change in already rolled change into cash and the lady looked at me as if I were crazy even given the shortage on change at the current moment during this pandemic was rude and refused to change it in. I would never bank with this bank given the current stars prior to my review of 3 4 there is a reasoning for their current low star rating and first hand experience of their poor customer service and given the completely empty parking lot. N the middle of the day at lunch time should tell all that needs to be told about this bank. Wouldn't be surprised if they r currently going under. Plz heave my words don't do any banking at this said facility

Terrible bank with scam fees. Charged me $20 to close a checking account. Are you kidding me? You would think a local bank competing with the national banks would do all they could to be loyal to local community but no they need that $20. Total scam and I will never be back. Avoid FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF BURLESON!

This is a wonderful home bank. Excellent customer service. Worked with them 30 years now. Not a trainee station. Therefore no trainee mistakes. Always professional and friendly and helpful.

I can't say enough about this bank. They constantly go out of their way to help their customers all the time. You can still call and talk to a real person or you can easily do your banking through their free online banking and mobile app. Their account options are great and their rates on their loans are extremely competitive with anyone. It makes a difference being locally owned and independent and this bank is always giving back to the local community! Thank you to everyone at FNBB for showing us what a great bank should be!

If you're looking for a hometown personal banking experience, don't bank here. I have found both Chase and Wells Fargo locally in Burleson to be far easier to work with and more customer focused. My experience over the past several years with First National has not been good. They make the most simple task far too complicated. There too many other banking choices so I won't stay with a bank who treats their customers poorly.

After being a loyal customer and having a Business account for 8 years will be closing my account due to service fees. I also had a bad experience going out of town when my account got hacked. I was told that is was my problem to call and find the party responsible. Then my debt card was cut off and no way to get money on a trip out of town. This is not a home town bank . There are to many reasons to list why I would not bank here.

I love these people,they are all so nice and confident in their jobs
