I was basically Verbally harassed by a Employee just for trying to use a self check out she screamed at several people yelling get back get back and proceeded to take my things and scan all of them for me and told me to leave

While I like to stroll through the store to see need goodies, I am very disappointed that items shown in Five Below online ads are found neither online nor in stores. I would've loved to have that burgundy tea pitcher, but it was one of those ad only items.

Great location and usually well stocked. Employees are all friendly, but the Manager has been rude every single time and doesn't ever try to be helpful at all.

Way overpriced gas station microwave tasting burger where they sell you c]bacon and you don’t get it ,great job run your FLC at the expense of the brand new customer Fail . The frys are pretty good but any BBQ place has better that does frys .I much prefer the closed competition across the road in the plaza any day food and process are much better and way more selection of toppings at the Moo place. You’re better off with drive thru and save five bucks and the wait time, DQ outdoes these GUYs. I don’t see them lasting unless they start to sell beer and add sports on TVs. I just can’t see the draw of this place and won’t ever return

I'm going to start off with this , I am new to the area an I am a minority.Every single time I enter the store the same associate Male comes up to me and my children offering to self scan my items.I am so tired of this at first I thought he was being polite but after the next few times of entering the store and seeing it can be a few people in line, he seems to always choose me!At this point it feels condescending.This has made me feel so uncomfortable and even my children have noticed."Mom why does he always do that do we look poor" the fact that my children haft to think like that because of ignorant people is beyond me.It is 2024 just because people don't look or dress like you doesn't mean their going to steal.

We came in at 8:30 p.m. and they closed at 9:00 p.m. We were immediately "greeted" by an associate who got irritated because we walked through her mopping by the front entrance. We were checking out at 8:50 p.m. in the self check out and this same associate pointed to an open kiosk and when I didn't respond fast enough, she took what my children had in their hands and started scanning these items on the self check out she had pointed to. I had to tell her I was capable of doing the transaction for her to back off. It's amazing to me that any time I come in here I've had to use self check out without anybody offering their assistance but then they are rushing people out the door before the doors are even closed. She was extremely rude and seemed to have needed to be somewhere else in a hurry.

This is a cute store! Mostly geared towards the young but it's a perfect little inexpensive shop to buy gifts for parties or party supplies. They also carry, some craft supplies, candy, phone accessories, etc

I found a few things at a good price.But you have to check yourself out. And they were out of bags. Lol, but you could buy a reusable one for 39 cents.
