“I just want to give a big 5-star review and shout out and 5-star to Sharon, the owner of Hearts and Flowers in Alvarado. I ordered 2 arrangements last week and she accepted them for same-day delivery, even though an ice storm was a few hours from hitting. They were beautiful, but the wrong arrangements were delivered. TODAY, Hearts and Flowers designed and redelivered new arrangements to replace incorrect ones! That is amazing customer service, which is hard to find these days! The second arrangements were beautiful, too. I highly recommend this florist! I live in North Carolina and she communicated with me every step of the way! Thank you Sharon and Hearts and Flowers!!
