Friendly and easy to use for banking. Had the kids open their first bank account here when they got their first job. The account representative took time to provide education for the kids about keeping track of the account and balancing deposits and debits regularly. Been a good banking experience.

They recently changed their online payment protocol. I now have two late payments because of this. Had to set up a new password and user id, neither of which work when I tried to go in and make a payment. I assure you that I will never use this lender again.

These People are Fantastic, i was setting up my Automatic Withdraw on my cars and they walked me through it step by step. FWCU in Burleson has Great Customer Support !! I have 2 Cars with them never had any problems.

This credit union is badly managed and staffed. They made a huge error on my account which almost resulted in my savings being lost. I have never had a situation like this occur at any financial institution. The staff was incompetent, rude, and unapologetic. There are much better banks and credit unions to choose from in the area. Steer clear of this location, you will be glad you did.

Terrible customer service. Pulled up to the drivethru to make a deposit and wasn't greeted, welcomed, or anything. Teller took the money and started counting it without saying a word. I was appalled by this and pushed the service button just to get someone to acknowledge me. I would not recommend this location to my worst enemy. There's no reason for this kind of treatment, especially when it wasn't busy. Retrain your staff on customer service skills highly recommended.

Terrible customer service. I have Chase banking and started an account with Fort Worth Community Credit Union to auto transfer funds for my families medical needs. Essentially a “flex spending” account. Started an auto transfer with Chase bank, and of course Chase does a $.72 authorization, where they deposit $.72 and then withdraw it immediately to verify the account. We had already deposited $5 with FWCCC to “start” the account online. Also we deposited $55 later from which the overdraft fee was taken. The $.72 from Chase didn’t clear and we were charged an overdraft fee. Easy fix right? Wrong. This was last week, and my wife is currently driving to the Burleson branch to speak to a manager. After trying to explain this on the phone to their customer service reps, and being met with nothing but hostility, she is still attempting to get our $32.00 back for their error. Oh yeah, the $5 we deposited to start the account has still not cleared. I caution anyone that is considering using them, not to. They laughed on the phone, and basically said they never return an overdraft fee. Regardless of who was at fault. Please use someone else for a credit union!!!!!

It's a nice little branch. I had a pleasant experience when I recently joined them. The service was good and they helped me more than I expected.
