We had an excellent experience with our Sales Consultant, Brad Fansler! We listened with intent to our preferences, was very knowledgeable about the Genesis GV70, responded to our inquiries when we were away from the dealership, and never pressured us in any way. However, when we interacted with Paul Roberts, Financial Consultant, our experience was unpleasant. He wasn't willing to work with us. He implied that we needed to go next door to Mazda if we wanted a lower APR. We mentioned the APR quoted the day prior compared to the one he presented us with being vastly different and he made minimum efforts to compromise. Although I am enjoying my GV70, I do have regrets about not walking away from the sale upon receiving the insult and lack of compliance from Mr. Roberts. Additionally, we brought our concerns to the General Manager, Trey McGee, who was so gracious to meet with us. However, in expressing our concerns he had a response for every action of Mr. Roberts rather than listening with intent and truly understanding where we came from. It was very evident that Mr. Roberts was unaware of the current Genesis APR incentive and wasn't willing to research any better interest rates even at our request. If I had another opportunity that didn't involve me being in a binding contract, I would have definitely walked away and asked for another finance consultant.

Went here to purchase a gv80 they had 7 of them but we wanted a certain color so salesman asked manager and he said they can sale us anything because they were all sold to other dealerships

I worked with Brad Fansler. He was amazing throughout the entire process. He cleared up a bunch of things prior to my arrival and we just needed some finishing touches once I arrived. I was out of the dealership with my Genesis within an hour! Fastest and best experience at a dealership ever for me. He was professional, efficient and very knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

It took them 3 hours just to do an oil change and replace a brake light?? turns out they didn't even do the brake light repair even though i specifically said to change it. I drove out from Farmers Branch just for them to not do what I ask? Just wasted my time. The service technician did not once come out and tell me anything about my carAll they did was just text me that my car needs immediate services which is funny cause I just had my car looked at by another Hyundai dealership a few months back in a different state and they did not mention anything about this. I will not be coming back to this dealership again.

Jamonn made this process of buying a car the easiest, and most enjoyable in all the past cars I have purchased. Jamonn kept in contact with me since I 1st started shopping for a vehicle in the fall of 2022 till my purchase in June of 2023. He found the exact exterior color, interior color and model options. Jamonn called it a unicorn of GV70 models, but he found it, and picked it up himself. Jamonn has me and my wife as customers for the near future. Thanks again young man.

Chris Fredricks was awesome!!! He made my shopping AND buying experience awesome today. Know that this is high praise from me as I generally HATE car dealerships…and I have probably purchased -20 cars in my lifetime (had three teenagers/young adults) so far. This is my second from Hiley Burleson…in addition to Chris, Neal, Michael, and Paul made it painless. BRAVO!

Great buying experience. Daniel helped us through the process as we purchased a car that hadn't yet been delivered to the dealership (in transit). We returned for the purchase after delivery and were expertly walked through the purchase process by Daniel, Paul and Brad.I'd recommend anyone stop in and enjoy the same experience my wife and I did on our GV 80 purchase.

They have no Genesis inventory here. They should probably advertise that better so people don’t drive out there and get severely disappointed and leave. It’s not a Genesis dealer, it’s Hyundai- but apparently at some point we’ll have some Genesis inventory, but does not at this point. Fail.

Genesis dealerships, including Burleson, are gouging and adding a "Market Adjustment" to the price of each vehicle they sell. So, because of the shipping challenges driven by the pandemic, they decided to add a few thousand dollars on top of the suggested sale price. We consumers need to pay them back with a Class Action suit for price gouging. We can start by boycotting dealerships who participate in this scheme.

Be advised. Even if this dealership has the exact vehicle you want they will be unwilling to sell it to you if you do not live in "their" market. Just to be clear I live in a market with no dealership. Your money is no good to them. Take your business to someone who will appreciate it.

This place is a disaster. My car is still under the 3 year free maintenance program and their systems were down so they charged me full price for my oil change. Called to get a refund and they will only reimburse me what the dealer pays. They also used the wrong type of oil. Car states 5w30 and they used 0w30, meanwhile i went to genesis of irving the next day, they took my car no questions asked and put in the correct oil and didn’t charge me a penny. The service advisor mary was no help at all, very condescending. Oh one other thing. I had put a brand new cabin air filter a few days prior. The technician stated that i needed a new cabin air filter. I checked my dashcam and he never even opened the glovebox to check if my filter was clean or not. Avoid it all costs
