Experience was great and easy with Guild Mortgage. They kept us informed at all times and even helped with application. If we had any questions we just called and they were able to answer us, but the best part, we never had to speak to a machine, it was always a friendly voice at the other end. Kathy and her team just helped my husband and I buy our first home. Kathy explained the application process thoroughly and answered all of my questions which put me at ease. Ashley was amazing to work with, as well. She communicated with me regularly about all of the documents she needed and was quick to respond. I would highly recommend this company/office because they made this first time home buying experience great!

Our experience with Kathy and Guild Mortgage was excellent. We were first time homebuyers with little knowledge about the process and crazy schedules. Kathy was so helpful in guiding us through the process, explaining things to us, and answering any questions we had. She was accommodating, worked with our schedules, and always easy to get in touch with. We had a difficult closing process with unique circumstances. Despite this, Kathy ensured our loan approval and closing experience was smooth and easy. We trusted Kathy and felt safe with her. We would recommend her to our family and friends any day!

Kathy and her team are wonderful! Kathy has setup two mortgages for me now and has been super responsive and helpful, answering all of my questions, both times. I also shopped mortgages both times and Kathy’s won both times! Highly recommend!!

I just closed on my home today. I would like to tell Kathy, Ashley, and the entire team a heart felt thank you from my family. They worked so hard to help me get my home. Every time we hit a road block and felt like giving up, they told me not to. They just kept at it until we got everything figured out. They are amazing! It didn’t feel like a business deal but like close friends all working together to help my family purchase our own home. There truly are not words to express how amazing this team is!
