Taylee assisted us with buying our new car this weekend. We were her first sale, so she was assisted by Jordan. Both sales reps were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They answered all of our questions and more. When it came down to numbers they were able to keep us happy. Would highly recommend looking for a vehicle here and working with either of them!

We have taken our 2019 Elantra to Hiley Hyundai of Burleson several times. Our service advisor Jami, was very productive,she communicated every step of the way, and made sure everything was well documented for us!Our mechanic for our most recent appointment was Kevin, not only did he give us a great complementary 150 point inspection video to watch, he also made the repairs with meticulous level quality!

I went to buy a used car. The very young girl assisted me but I had done my research. I was willing to buy that car that day. When I told her I was not interested in the payment part but would like to discuss bringing the cost of the car down! She told me they MUGHT could bring it down $200 and her demeanor changed drastically! I told her I needed to speak to the manager and she rolled her eyes and went to get him. He was not any better. They were not budging! I’m 65 years old and I really wanted this particular vehicle and I had Cash! The younger generation needs to learn respect! But please note the young male workers there WERE very respectful and kind and opened the door for me!

Rachel Cline was awesome! She was very knowledgeable, helpful, and just GREAT in the new car purchase process! Give her a raise!! I also wanted to recognize Paul Roberts for a doing a fantastic job with the financing and paperwork. He was so very nice and helpful with the whole process. Very professional! Michael Bills was wonderful in showing me exactly the car I wanted and being transparent with everything on and in it. I felt valued and that I got honest answers. Knowledgeable and attentive. Brad was AMAZING. He was very easy going and friendly. He showed me exactly what I wanted to see and answered all of my questions. The process was quick and easy. Drove 3 hours to purchase Elantra here and so glad we did! Rachel Cline helped us have the most smooth transaction ever. She was pleasant, informed, and helpful. She listened to what we wanted and did not push anything on us that we didn't want. Definitely would purchase here again.

DO NOT WORK HERE! Several people including myself were hired back in Sept 2023. We were told we had to pay $700 to get our manufactur certification and that when we completed the certification we would get our money back the next paycheck. After we completed it we were told that we had to wait till the probationary period was over before getting our money back. Then they started firing all the new hires and still refuse to give us back our $700!This is not the only problems we had as new hires. The whole environment was very toxic. The way we were spoken to by management, especially the GM was very out of line. After I was let go in the beginning of Oct, I found out that several managers and other employees were also leaving after being told they were no longer allowed to have their days off and that the paychecks would be cut.This is a very toxic workplace, and full of lies! DO NOT WORK HERE!

MORGAN HANSON is my girl and she will be yours too, just ask for her! She is sweet, honest, knowledgeable, and she will work for YOU!! When we came to look at their vehicles on Saturday, she came right out to greet us and I immediately liked her, we test drove the one we liked and we said we would get back with her, she smiled and said okay, after we left, she text us and said it was great to meet with us and to let her know if we had any questions. Upon leaving, I told my husband that I really liked Morgan and her no pressure professionalism. We were back to meet with her early Monday morning and we bought the car that we test drove. Best car buying experience that we have ever had. I love my new Hyundai Tucson and I am very happy! Thank you so much MORGAN HANSON!!!

Andy was amazing! Very professional but still very easy to talk to and answered every question I had. He even followed up the following day to make sure everything was going okay! Paul in finance was amazing as well. Everyone at the dealership is very easy to talk to and not pressuring in any way. They genuinely just want you to have a good experience and leave with what you would like. I will continue to recommend this dealership and especially Andy! Thank you!

I was only looking to see what vehicle I would want to purchase in January. I ended up buying that day. Toya did not pressure me, she answered all my questions and Michael gave me a good deal on exactly what I wanted. Paul made the finance process easy and I was not there for hours and hours. Staff is helpful and kind.

This is by far the WORST dealership that I have ever been to from a Service and Sales perspective. I am in a 2 year old Santa Fe with less than 30k miles on it and the AC went out. It is also a lease. The guy told me that the part is on national back order and that I just am expected to drive my car around with an infant in the 110 degree heat until they can get a part. They cannot give me a loaner or anything. I was at the dealership and was looking at the Genesis as a potential next vehicle, several sales people walked past me and did not acknowledge me nor greet me.Today, I called back asking for support as I cannot continue to drive around this vehicle with no AC. I asked if I could speak with the sales manager to get me out of the lease and into another vehicle. I cannot even get anyone to assist me from a management perspective either in Sales or Service. Hyundai will not be getting my money.... Higher ups need to visit this location as the management absolutely lacks the ability to resolve issues or get the sale. Avoid this dealership at all cost!

It is refreshing to find a car dealership with an outstanding service department. Normally that is not the experience at other places, but Mary Carter (Service Advisor) is a great example of an excellent customer service professional. Also, the multi-point inspection video helps generate trust the work done by the service technicians.
