I had a great experience at Honda Burleson. The service was timely, professional, and informative. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and very competent, taking the time to explain everything clearly. As a walk-in, the wait time was reasonable, and the overall process was smooth and efficient. I appreciate the excellent customer service and would definitely recommend them.

I took my vehicle to be repaired but your technicians could not find nor fix my problem. I have a reoccurring problem with a warning light related to the brake system. Have had this problem since I purchased the vehicle.

I went to Honda of Burleson to get my last minute services for my car before Delaska hit. I had no appointment and was in and out within the hour. I had Daniel as my service provider and he was amazing. I voiced my concerns and everything got taken care of. Also there is a Honda dealership closer to me and I will always choose this dealership.

My experience at Burleson Honda was very positive! Sergio U. Was pleasant , kind, and very thorough. He even went as far as to walk me to the car and ensure my dashboard was calibrated after having my tires rotated! He went the extra mile. Great service!

I spent most of the day attempting to get my car started. Being a newer widow and living in the country made it more difficult.
After connecting with Jesse, he went the extra mile to have a courtesy come, jumped my car and I followed them in to have my car checked out.
Despite the time slipping away, they continued looking for the issue. Ultimately there was serious issue, it seemed to be caused because a dome light was left on causing the battery to drain.
Thank you all for going the extra mile and getting home safely.

We have a 2023 Kia Sportage. 33,000 miles and it needed service/ an oil change. I went to Hiley Hyundai and was told they could only service Hyundai! I remembered that Burleson Honda had previously serviced our Cadilac..so, let me try them.
Nathaniel Richards was more than happy to service our Sportage! He gave me a price and approximate time, and its being serviced while I wait!

Absolutely amazing. Nathaniel was just so sweet and was making sure no matter what the issue was we could get it resolved and explained everything perfectly to me. I couldn’t ask for any other dealership to go to for help.

I went in for a state inspection. Nathaniel was great! he easily took my car in, made sure to ask questions and explain services that were needed for my car. He checked in with me and got me out the door as quick as possible which Im thankful for since state inspections are the more painful to do for a car.
