Honest Businesses were the very fabric of our society and our great Nation. Sadly, it has become a rare sight to spot an honest upfront an respectful business. This was reminded to me of Burleson Honda. I was looking for a typical model of Honda Accord and their rep on phone 'Chris' told me that they had the particular model available at the dealership and I can come there and they can make the price "accomplish-able".I asked Chris to reconfirm on a second call, as I would be driving from 2 hours away. After that I called again to be answered by a sales manager who repeated those words.Gladly I asked my friend to accompany me to go make the purchase of the vehicle. After 2 hours of drive upon reaching there, we were told Chris won't be available and another sales rep will help us. Other person took all the information before showing the vehicle even for the trade, wasted another 30 min, then brought in a car of lower trim saying " This shall save you some money". Upon requesting the higher trim for which I was there I was told that it is on the way and not available in the dealership. Upon asking for Chris I was told he is in a meeting and not available.... A dealership where meeting are more important than sales. Anyways I asked for a manager so i can provide my feedback... instead of a Sales manager I was introduced to a finance manager... and frankly after hearing about how i was blatantly lied to ... without any remorse he just said that the car is on the way and Chris is not available. Well may be Chris is not a real person and a fake name they use ...just to get customers into the door and try to sell them their inventory.Dear Consumers I would not trust this dealership with purchase and specially servicing of my vehicle. If they can lie about the sale, they can easily lie about a service completed.... you be the judge of it.It would have been a good practice if they would have told me about the real inventory and be respectful towards my time. Rest my fellow Car Enthusiasts I leave to your fine judgement if you still want to choose this dealership for any service...and Yes I am a fair consumer just like you , not a competition dealership. I went there after seeing 4.6 rating but now I am sure most of them would be fake... look up the other 1 star ratings... they even did a great job of ripping off a Veteran, Shame on you guys...

If your interested in being ripped off by a bunch of amateur car salesmen and managers this the place. 5k in mark up for no reason and then adds for a total of 7k on top of MSRP. Clowns! STAY AWAY Doug was the manager that said everything I wanted to hear and then when I came in they showed their true color.

The car was listed for a certain price online and when we arrived to sign papers, the car had almost $3000 in "dealer services". We were told these charges were for US to pay for Honda to: clean the car, top off fluids, check brakes, etc. These are services which SHOULD already be performed on a car being sold by a dealer. We had already driven an hour, got approved for financing, test drove the car and felt we were already too deep into this sale to back out now, since we were short on time. After about 45 minutes of haggling back and forth with the salesman and manager, we finally came to, what I consider still unacceptable price, which was still above the asking price quoted online...we finally said ok. The salesman did everything right, I believe. It is the policy implemented by Honda to add the ridiculous "dealer services" forcing the customer to pay for services the dealer should already be including in their inflated price. We will NEVER buy a car from your dealer again and I have already told many family and friends about the deceitful practices of Burleson Honda. Financing and closing went smoothly, but never again will I put myself into a situation like this one again. If you are advertising a car for a certain price, it needs to be sold for that price without hidden fees. We did this exact transaction with a Chevrolet dealer last year. Found a car online, flew in and bought it and we paid exactly what the advertised price was online. We were in-and-out in less than an hour. This whole process with Honda took 3-4 hours and was miserable and we left feeling swindled. Completely regret our decision and wish we would have stuck with the last dealer we purchased a car from.

It's our to-go-to Honda dealership for repairs. We avoid Vandergriff, even though they're closer. The staff are friendly, helpful, & efficient. They're on time with appointments. Warranty & recall repairs typically take 48 hours. They call us when car is ready. Pick up is easy & timely. They didn't always wash the car after a repair, but last time they did. We didn't buy a car from them. The sales person was nice enough on the phone, but they still wanted to do the typical dealership price-haggling game, that we really don't like/want to do.

Brannon did a fantastic job of remedying a an issue that seems to be a theme in other reviews: Lack of communication. I too, ended up with a back ordered part which was completely fine with me.What was not fine was the lack of communication from that point forward. After about 4 business days of minimal communication I began to make attempt to assess the situation with my car having thought my patience would be rewarded.I can't tell you how much all I wanted was to be treated like a normal customer. I never asked for anything special. I approved all costs for the work immediately. I had my wife drop me off and pick me up 3 times from the dealership, the last time was fresh off a family medical emergency situation and I and Burleson Honda, for 3 hours seemingly had no idea where my car was so I literally had to show up to the dealership frantically so I could get my car to be there for the family member having the issues. In the 3 phone conversations I had with my service writer I just kept impressing upon him "please let me just come get my car and I will bring it back in when the part arrives" it was a radio part. Had nothing to do with the functionality or safety of the vehicle itself. Various service writers watched me frantically search their lot for my car because I was in a high stress situation. I still never raised my voice or became a problem customer just begged them to find my car for me with tears in my eyes at this point. I'm sure a few folks there remember my distraught face searching everywhere for my car while the service writer was seemingly hiding from me. A guy who said he was a manager came out... "Can I get a loaner vehicle just for the weekend so I can be sure I have wheels to get around?" "no" "but I'll even pay for it, my car is out of warranty so I understand I have to pay for it but do you have rates with a local rental car company? It's Friday night 30 mins before closing so Im out of options" "no, I'm sorry we can't do that" This interaction happened, while finally after 3 hours (and over a week before that) notice they realized I was serious and wanted my car back for the weekend. Lest you think this was a safety situation as to why they wouldn't release my car to me, it was not. It was a part of my car stereo that wasn't working. This was day 9 of my car being on their lot.Brannon has salvaged what's left of my faith in the dealership but all he can do is make right what went wrong and going forward, I'll drive an hour away for service.Compounding that, I had even reached out about purchasing a new Honda while my car was being services because I love my Honda! (see my texts You lost a service customer and a long time sales customer who always comes in with cash and buys the new Honda Accord every 3-4 years.I will follow Brannon Smith to whatever dealership he ends up at because his service was 5 stars. Unfortunately it took a month for Honda to realize he had a customer who lives 3 minutes from the lot who really got a raw deal run around. He can only do so much with the tools he is given. I'm sure he would do anything to make me feel better but it's too little, too late. I never asked for any special treatment; I only asked to be treated like a paying customer and I'm profoundly disappointed in the lack of customer care personal touch or just the ability to think outside the box in a tough situation. Why am I doing all the thinking for your service writers on how to make the customer happy? Below is a screenshot of the texts between the service writer and I. Noticed the lack of response and the dates. This was also buttressed with phone calls as often as I could without being annoying. I would also point out, again, I was never rude, demanding, mean or anything. You lost a lifelong customer in the prime of their buying years with a growing family located in town with roots here. I know nationally, or globally, that doesn't matter to the Honda brand. But locally here, it wo

We have bought three vehicles from Burleson Honda, Marcus being our salesperson each time. He is an amazing person to deal with, a fine Christian gentleman. Management is great to work with; and the ownership strives to provide superb customer service at every level. I have come to greatly appreciate the dealership in general. My only disagreement, which is easily remedied, is the recondition fees that are added to the advertised price of their vehicles. However, Marcus always spent time going over the details and we were able to negotiate the bottom-line price to a point that was fair. Great respect for the entire team here. Service department also, providing superb service at fair prices.

A huge thanks to Peter for helping us get a repair done quickly. I was very impressed - this was not a typical dealership service center experience. Peter was friendly, efficient, and not pushy with trying to add additional services. Highly recommended!

I purchased my 2018 Accord from this dealership in December of that year and have had both this and my 2011 serviced there and have always received decent treatment. In April, I called to report that my check engine light had come on. I was told by a woman who answered the call that there was a safety recall on my car so I shouldn't just come in because if the needed parts weren't available, I wouldn't be able to leave in the car. She scheduled my appointment for 5/1 for the safety recall and so I would have a loaner. I reminded her of the purpose of my call and she said that it'd be fine for me to drive as long as the check engine light doesn't flash.5/1 comes and I receive the loaner and notice the guy's face fall when I mention my check engine light and the warning it showed but thought nothing of it until I receive a text later that day from my service advisor that I needed a fuel injector on a car with less than 70k miles. I got sticker shock over the cost of the repair and became confused when I was told that the needed part to repair my car isn't in stock. I contacted another mechanic to find out if they would be able to give me a better quote. That mechanic tells me that there's no way my car should need that so early. I explained that I thought it was odd considering I've yet to replace the 2011. The mechanic asks if there a recall on my car for the fuel injector because the part was shown to be on back order with no eta. Long story short, I've been unable to drive my car since 5/10/23( and that was to drive home from the dealership) due to awaiting this part. I give 2 stars not because of the back order because that's beyond Burleson Honda's control. It's for the poor communication with my service advisor in addition to this awful script that even Honda's corporate staff regurgitates which is, " We can't provide you with a date for the part until you've purchased it " which we all know is not true! I lost my cool and asked what person pays for goods with no knowledge of when it'd come and even suggested a mock order be done to get the eta. Finally, Peter with Burleson Honda showed empathy by listening and allowing me to tell him how I've seen on different sites how consumers have paid and waiting months for needed parts with the eta constantly changing. Peter agreed to ordering the part and I'd pay for it as soon as it arrived to ensure that I'd get the part. A month after picking up my car up from Burleson Honda and you guessed it, still no part.

I can't recall the salesman name, but he was super helpful. Driving up one would think the have a very limited stock of cars. However, what is out from is just a sampling. They have a lot more in the back. We came in to look at the SUVs. They had a few in the model we wanted but not with all of the premium packaging we wanted. Didn't appear as this they would have what we wanted for another month. Was a really nice place, real clean, they even have an old Civic inside that's been refurbished. I see these at almost every dealer, nice touch to keep track of their roots.

I’ve been to a lot of dealer service centers and I must say I am SUPER impressed with this one. I have worked with Peter every time I have come in and he has been amazing. Super friendly and always willing to answer my questions with great detail. I have even sent family to him because I know he will treat them right. I will be moving soon, but I plan to keep using them even though it will be more of a drive because they are just so wonderful.

I love this location! They’re always so kind and get the work done on my car as quickly as they can. I typically bring my work with me and my dogs. I appreciate that they don’t try to charge me more or do extra things on my car each time I’m here—just what I need.

Shame you can't select zero stars. I was in the market for a new Civic. They were all being sold as soon as they arrived at dealerships in Dallas, so decided to call dealerships further out and every single location would let me know that they didn't have any on the lot but had some in transit, that is, until I contacted Burleson Honda. Spoke with a Chris first, who stated they had the exact Civic I wanted on the lot. Even though this sad excuse of a dealership is an hour away from home, I was willing to make the trip. I called a few others that were closer, to see if they had the one car I wanted, and they all stated that they didn't, but had some in transit. The other dealerships were also suspicious when I mentioned that Burleson had it, as they showed in their system that the specific vehicle was pending, therefore, not on their lot. I should've listened to them. I called a second time and spoke with Doug, who stated they not only had one, but two! I asked again if they really had it on the lot and he stated that he could sit there and say it till he was blue in the face. Better to have Doug look like a Smurf than drive an hour. I should've listened. The golden egg of cars apparently was abundant in Burleson, according to its sales team. Decided to call one more dealership even closer, to make sure they didn't share in the golden egg wealth, and even they stated that they were not sure how Burleson had what I was looking for. Apparently other Honda salesmen are more ethical than the sad excuse of a dealership in Burleson. A third call was placed and spoke with Jerry. I was upfront and let him know that other dealerships were confused that Burleson kept telling me they had the vehicle I wanted, when they were certain they did not. Jerry assured me they had it. I packed an overnight bag, considering the distance of the sad excuse for a dealership, and started my drive. Once I arrived, I walked the lot and didn't see what I was looking for. Alonso approached me and started to help. I told him what I was looking for and asked to discuss it further inside. I was asked about any other vehicles I might consider and stated he would bring the car I wanted out for a test drive. Are you on the edge of your seat? Are you desperate to know what happened next? Will this Yelper get what he has been looking for all along???NOPE! He brought out a different vehicle unfortunately. I asked to speak with a manager, not because of Alonso, who provided the best customer service up to that point, but more because I had an issue with the shameful tactics that car salesmen are known for, practiced by Jerry, Doug and Chris. Doug came out and stated that one vehicle was in transit and the other was sold within the hour of me calling the third time. Is that really possible? Maybe.....if I was in a Dallas dealership. I was pretty sure this was another lie Doug decided to put out there because when you lie once, it's a lot easier to keep doing it in order to save your neck. Plus I was doubtful that it was sold because the place was empty!!!I was warned by other dealerships and I didn't listen. Needless to say, I stopped at a dealership on my way back home and purchased a vehicle there. Not exactly what I wanted, but still happy with purchase, especially because of the strong customer service provided at this Honda dealership. Burleson should cross-train with others some time. Something Mike Rasmussen, General Manager at Burleson, should take into consideration.Sad excuse of a Honda dealership. I should've listened.
