Got $700 back on my tax return by going somewhere else. Told me that you can't use Schedule A to file itemized deductions. Save your money and time, go somewhere else. The whole appointment was a hot mess and couldn't answer basic questions that I had for the upcoming year when filing multiple states. They rescheduled my appointment for a different person without letting me know, I had made the appointment with a specific person because of their history and qualifications. Got dumped with someone who had to call support multiple times because she didn't know how to put more than one thing in the computer. DON'T FILE HERE, YOU WILL LOSE MONEY!

This location here in Burleson Texas on Wilshire Is a great location usually. Our tax professional is always awesome and have no complaints about him. The lady at the front desk is always polite. But yesterday evening when we had our taxes done, there were a couple of the staff standing around talking and laughing to the top of their lungs and making fun of people while they were getting their taxes done. They even talked to another customer about people sitting there getting taxes done. Just so unprofessional. That included us that they were making fun of. Why do people feel the need to be mean and rude ? That's why I gave this location a 4 instead of a five. Our Tax professional was awesome last night . This doesn't include him.

If I could give zero stars I completely would. I made an appointment at 3 pm to do a corporation tax paperwork I understand that tax season is very busy so I did not mind waiting a little after the scheduled appointment time. But to wait 1 hour and 40 minutes after the scheduled time is ridiculous. Why even schedule me in for 3 if it wasn’t going to be possible? The management at this location needs some serious work. I ended up not doing my taxes here and went somewhere else.
