Employee didn't know I was coming even though I made an appointment and it was verified. Took several trys for her to log in to start. Didn't feel confident in accuracy. Your fee was well beyond what it should be epically for what was done.

I’ve come every year for 5 years and always had great experiences. The preparers are always friendly and knowledgeable. This year, mine, Mr. Jackson, was great. He was funny and personable and helped me a lot. I will be returning and hope he will still be available next year.
