Denise acted like she did not want to help me. I was in line waiting and when I got to the front she asked if I was dropping off or picking up. I said picking up and exchanging. She said ok someone will be right with you. She went and answered a call and after the call she was just walking around not helping any doing nothing just walking. She finally said ok I can help you. I had a charm placed on my bracelet she got my item and just slide on the counter to me. I had to open the bag, take the bracelet out and then I struggled to put it. She never once asked if I need help nor did she try to put it on me. I will not be back to this location.

Horrible service , and I paid $300 for a charm bracelet just for it to be scratched when I came to pick her it up. Never coming back.

Only giving two stars as the sales associate are lovely. I went in to purchase one of my first statement pieces but couldn’t make up my mind. I was mid conversation with a lovely worker when, I’m assuming the manager with long grey hair came and took the worker away to ask questions that were irrelevant to the conversation in front of me and several other customers. This is super embarrassing not only for me but I cannot imagine how the employees feel. I would not recommend coming here as this interaction left me uncomfortable.

I went to the burleson location, this was my first and last time at this location. I was so excited to experience my first James Avery and the experience I had at this store was so sad. Was never greeted and when talk to, they were super rude. It was definitely an uncomfortable experience.

After my husband has given this store a chance twice its the same issue each time he was never greeted and as there were 4 employees he could see this time two were assisting other customers and two acted like he didn’t exist after waiting a while he left and i don’t blame him if you want people to spend their money in your store the least you can do is be kind and and greet or offer help to the customer do better or don't be in retail if you can not do the bare minimum.

Horrible customer service. I went in to pick up an order I placed online. The sales associate acted like I was bothering her. First, she didn’t acknowledge me when I walked up to the counter. Secondly, there was an issue with my order so I had to redo it in store. She kept telling the person behind me that she’d be with them soon, again as if I was a bother to her when their system caused the issue with my order. After everything was finished, she didn’t offer to put the bracelet on my wrist like she did the lady ahead of me.I will never shop at this store again. I’ve received much better service at the store at Chapel Hill Shopping Center.

I love James Avery and this location does not disappoint with service, they are always friendly, it’s never an issue to resolve an issue with a purchase, and their quick turnaround time for repairs or adding charms is impeccable!

Has no regard for first responders. I dropped off my bracelet to have charms placed on it and to have my earrings cleaned. While I was waiting I got a call for a fire. I realized I wasn’t going to make it to get my items and asked my mother in law to grab them for me. I called the store and talked to the sales associate and was told that they closed in 15 mins but would wait and give the items to my MIL. My mother in law arrived right at 1700 and pulled on the already locked door and the girls looked at her from inside the store and shook their heads no. While I understand it was right at closing, and the holidays so I’m sure they were ready to go home, but if the girl hadn’t said they would wait knowing she was on her way and the circumstances I wouldn’t be leaving this.
