I was in a rush to buy some sheets and needed to get home. OMG! Never go in JC Penney in a rush. You will be profiled. I will never go back to that store again. I felt like I did something wrong. This is why I shop Amazon. No profiling.

My grandfather is a retired associate. My grandmother orders online and gives us gifts. This is not the first time I have returned an online order for an exchange with our without a receipt. Today with the receipt, I was told the only option is to refund her card and I would have to buy my own gift. That's insane. I will not be back to your store.

Took my 71 year old father for clothes shopping at the Burleson location it has no air conditioning. We were there less than 30 minutes because my father couldn’t take the heat inside any longer.

Me and my family had to shop for a funeral at this location. Betty and John were so helpful and kind. They made my experience stress free. It was difficult trying to figure out what suit for my brother and husband but they helped us out a lot during this difficult time. Thank you

I quit shopping at Penny's MANY years ago after our store had a remodel and no one seemed to know how to work the new technology. Guests were telling employees how to check them out with the new system. No one working in window coverings - had to wait 30 min for someone to come back from lunch - etc. BUT I went in today and WHAT A DIFFERENCE! 2 employees helped me and they couldn't have been better! Carol at check out offered to look online for different sizes of what I wanted, found them, ordered it, applied a discount, all within minutes, and very happy to help. THANK YOU! LOOKS LIKE JCP HAS BROUGHT CUSTOMER SERVICE BACK! YAY!!!!! THANK YOU CAROL FOR HELPING ME!

Great shopping experience. Very clean and super friendly staff. Also, there is no longer a sephora. It's Jcpenney Beauty. Huge selection mostly the same items at sephora or ulta but super clean and clean sanitized testers!!!!
