I went to several oil change places to get my car inspected and they didn't have a inspector. I had a great experience and will always go to Jiffy Lube. Plus everyone was very courteous.

This was my 2nd time to go to the Jiffy Lube in Burleson. The first time was a really good experience they changed the Gearbox and Differential Oil. The guys were really friendly and enjoyed talking to them and they did a very good job. At that time I asked if they could change the oil using my Oil and Filter, the answer was "You Bet". Fast forward 7-8 months and I went back and noticed a difference right away in the guys working there, before they were waiting for me to drive up this time, it was a min or so after the bell range. Then they came out and I told them what I needed and that I wanted to get my Inspection as well. The supposed Manager and Asst Manager went down in the bay and came right back up saying they couldn't change the oil since I had a leak, then they said I had a really bad leak. Well, I knew there was a leak but it's 30+ yrs old and uses very little oil and the spot on the carboard is only about 2" in diameter after each drive. I asked if I could sign saying I knew there was a leak and won't hold them resp for anything, Nope wouldn't do it. In the past I would have changed it myself but now at 71 it's a little more difficult and if I would have known they were going to pull something like that I wouldn't have wasted my time. I was told it has new owners and if so they'd better get their folks trained better or they're going to lose all their customers. I think they were just scared or didn't want to mess with an older sports car.

I started going to Jiffy Lube instead of the dealership to save money. I used a$25 off coupon and still paid as much as my last oil change. I was told that the prices went up. I will be returning to the dealership. For the amount that I paid, I can get my tires rotated and the oil changed.

I went in for a safety inspection and they were able to begin the inspection as soon as I could get out of my truck. They were fast and very courteous.

Went here to get an inspection on our vehicle, was told we would be waiting 45 min. To be seen, which is fine, come back and they tell us our truck can't pass because of our tail light lens being too dark! Why I can see a safety concern in that, the worker didn't even turn the lights on to make sure you could see the lights through the lenses! Poor excuse and all because they didn't want to work! I have had my truck passed at this location 3 times before! Unreal....

Usually have a decent experience at this Jiffy Lube, but this time was not good.Went in for an oil change and state inspection as we often do for our vehicles. I was told that it would not pass inspection due to the window tint being too dark. I'm not sure if this is true or not, because always passed since we've had our vehicle. And I believe the tint is factory. Anyways, they didn't charge me for an inspection which I'm grateful for, but it is inconvenient now to have to go somewhere else. Of course, it passed at the next location. This isn't the reason for the low rating though. I got home and went to make sure that everything under the hood was buttoned up and found that there were greasy handprints on the fenders and hood. Also there was oil or some other oily fluid dripping down the passenger fender. It only takes a moment to wipe down the area where the work is being done. Not sure why they couldn't handle that, but I'll probably go back to doing my own oil changes if this is the service that I get.

UPDATE: Since I posted the first review, I have been very impressed with how they handled it. A manager was in contact with me within a few days and actually came over to my house where the vehicle was to check it out. It was determined that the filter had a bad seal so I was reimbursed for the oil change. The question on what happened to the power steering line is still lingering, and might end up being a mystery. My mechanic found a pinhole leak and says it was due to the line being loosed from the correct position, but JL denies responsibility. We have since replaced the power steering line and everything is in working order again. I still won't be going back to them for service, but I am thankful that they took action and reimbursed the cost of the oil change. Jacob was the manager that took care of this, and he was very professional.
Careless and negligent. They gave us a damaged oil filter which leaked and did not bolt the line back which caused a domino affect of issues and now we have to replace the oil line and it caused damage to the power steering because the oil was spraying the harness. Definitely DO NOT recommend.
