I walked out today without having my blood drawn. Horrible bedside manner, rude staff do not care about patient with anxiety to needles. She said if you are gonna throw up or pass out it's gonna happen. Will never go back! 2nd time at Burleson location and this seems to be the norm. Labcorp you need to do better! Drs do not have to send patients your way! There are other facilities.

Will drive 30+ minutes to the next Labcorp to avoid the hatefulness and unprofessionalism of the women in this office. Wish I could leave zero stars.

I made an appointment online. I was seen quickly and the tech was friendly. Those are the 2 stars. The deduction in stars is due to being told my results would be in by a certain time frame (research confirms all results should be determined by this point) and no such results being delivered. I've reached out to the location directly and was immediately put on hold and then hung up on. I've also attempted to inquire online and have received no follow-up. I'm not entirely convinced my bloodwork was even done at this point since I can't get in contact with anyone to ask.

Positive experience. Walked in yesterday with no appointment and was checked in and in a back room within 5 minutes. The two ladies who spoke with me were professional and efficient. I had a friendly conversation with one of them. The needle prick was unnoticeable. Confusion over my ordering doctor was quickly resolved. Lab results were in my inbox in less than 24 hours. I do think opening the venetian blinds in the waiting room would make it feel much more inviting and friendly. I also wish the automated telephone answering system would have allowed me to reach a person so I could have asked a question unique to my situation rather than having to drive 40 minutes to ask it in person. I'm grateful to the staff for taking good care of me.

I was confused about the process and just needed some explanations about what would be the next steps moving forward for a quick process. This is my first time having insurance but I could tell that one of the women was just annoyed at each of my questions and confusion. She was raising her voice and didn’t have any patience. I will gladly find an appointment and service elsewhere. She was so rude and irritated by needing to clarify things with me, I really don’t want to come back. Terrible attitude.

This experience was a surprise as they were always so nice before the staff changed. This staff was rude and argumentative without cause. I was in a good mood when I arrived. I was not rude to them, but they were rude to me, and for no reason. They acted like they hated being there, especially the phlabotomist. I tried to lighten the mood by asking her about her career and that it must be interesting. Where did you train? I asked. She told me that she didn't train, which is not true. You have to have a license to draw blood in Texas. I know bc I had been trained as a dental assistant, and we were taught about some of the other medical professionals we may encounter during our career. She just didn't want to be nice. Well, it was obvious I was not going to get any civility from her. I left there feeling like I had been assaulted and wondering why I was treated so roughly. I was glad to get out if there.

My adult kid has extreme anxiety and the girl who drew their blood was so kind and considerate and talked them through it as well as was incredibly gentle. So impressed. Wish I could remember her name but she was not new to phlebotomy!!!

By far the worst experience I've had at Labcorp. I won't return to this location and it's literally 10 minutes from our home. The wait times are ridiculous, even having the earliest appointment (an appointment in general). The service is terrible, rude and argumentative staff who are incompetent as it relates to knowing how to run billing or explain patient responsibility. This is my second experience like this with them. I thought they were having an off day so I didn't think much of it, but no this is who they absolutely are. They are not indicative to how this brand typically shows up. I've had great experiences with other locations but I allowed convenience to supercede professionalism and superior customer service. Never again.Be careful sending your elderly loved ones here for lab work. I've witnessed less than appropriate behavior from staff. From being very curt and condescending to essentially ignoring them on purpose because they didn't care for their line of questioning. They're slow and rude.

Just walked in to give sample and lady was the most disrespectful person I ever met in my many years on this planet. She not only questioned me like I was an idiot but she was the most hateful I’ve ever experienced. Beware if you’re a senior citizen. The other lady there was the one I dealt with in the past was very professional but the one at front desk was the problem.
