“I went bright and early this morning. I had called the day before to check prices. I didn't think $14.99 for a jacket cleaning was too bad. They said they would have it back in 2 days. I didn't think that was too bad either, especially since I'm not in a hurry. I guess we'll see how thorough they were in a couple of days.”

“I feel compelled to leave a review because of the terrible reviews I am reading that just don't line up with my experience here. First of all, their hours are great. Their turn-around times are quick and aside from the very first order which required a redo because my husband likes his pants pressed flat (no creases) the work has been fine. I realize a flat press is a somewhat unusual request but they have gotten it right every time since. The only reasons I gave 4 stars and not 5 are because 1) I have only been using them a few months. Time will tell. and 2) there were some shirts and pants that my husband couldn't find. I thought I had picked up everything from the cleaners. I called them and they confirmed that I didn't have any clothes there. I called our old cleaners and they didn't have them either. I called DCSC to please check again and the manager (?) said she would look in all the racks to make sure and that she would call me by morning of the next day. She called me and said she had found them! She was apologetic and was very grateful for my understanding. I would rather have not lost the clothes, but things happen. Overall, I have found the staff to be very attentive & friendly, We'll see how things go in the future!”
