Tiffany in room 228 is AMAZING! We took our 2 year old son in who was very apprehensive about getting his hair cut. She did such an amazing job connecting with him and cut his hair without him making a peep. She was kind and caring, and didn't rush us. Our son gave her a high five and left smiling ear to ear with his sucker in hand.
If your child is scared of getting a haircut, we highly recommend seeing her! We will definitely be back.

The legacy hair salon was the best place for a haircut I’ve ever been I got a hair cut shortly after hitting my head and Ericka was super gentle and has always been so nice with the best haircut and exactly what I asked for .

I've been going to Jennifer Camarillo for the past several years for anything hair-related; from trims to color to completely new style and have never been disappointed. I have since moved to the Houston area but still make my hair appointments with her!
She is so intuitive with matching what I envision with her knowledge of what works and what doesn't. I appreciate her for her professionalism and her genuine kindness is a bonus.

PLEASE DO NOT GO TO SANDRA CRITES. Sandra used to be such a good hairstylist, but she has gotten lazy and overbooks. Ive been to her a couple times since she moved salons and its just been bad. She does a poor job then says to come back another day. My most recent visit left me with whats shown in the picture. I trusted her but after getting a few off hand comments i went to another hairstylist and she was floored that i paid money for this. And told me i should get my money back. I was shown a picture of the back of my hair and was upset. I should not have walked out of the salon like this after paying 150$. Now i have to pay even more money to fix it. Im pissed because sandra has the ability to do amazing work but has gotten lazy and doesnt care about her clients anymore. I hate leaving bad reviews but i dont want this to happen to anyone else.

This place is so welcoming & very clean. Highly recommend Keli Bruton for hair services. Keli is very friendly, professional, and treats all of her clients like family. To top it all off Keli is amazing at what she does!

Dani has been my hairstylist for over 10 years. I loved her and won’t go elsewhere. Location of this is great very clean and everyone is friendly.

Visiting the area and you ran out of time to get everything done. Feel free to stop in and talk to the Front Desk receptionist and they are more than willing to help you. We worked with Meagan. She could have just apologized and sent us on our way, she didn't she went the extra mile to help.
Explained we needed a stylist who could take us as a walk-in and she listened to what we were wanting. She checked with all the stylists on staff for their availability. No luck, but she gave us business cards for three stylists who could handle our needs.
Mother to Be was needing some pampering before the baby shower. We scored big when Dani walked in, checked her extremely booked schedule but said she could make it work. She did not disappoint!
I did ask about getting a gift card so that my daughter could get a follow up visit with Dani. The gift cards are online and mailed to the recipient. Wasn't keen on that option, with Mother's Day around the corner, this may be a lost business opportunity. Rethinking this one.

Customer Satisfaction is #1 here!
This morning my newly adult daughter learned what to do when a company chooses their policy over customers. It's not like I was unreasonable. I asked if I could sit in the room with my daughter who was nervous about her first waxing appointment. Answer: No. Action: We left.
Everyone at Legacy Salons & Day Spa were wonderful. From the moment you walk in, you can tell they care about you, the customer. They are nice and professional. They offered me free water or coffee. They even offered my waiting husband a beverage. All of this earned them three stars.
The last two stars go to Abby. She was so personable and flexible for our needs. I'm a large woman and need special seating. She pulled a chair in from the hallway so I could be comfortable. She put my daughter at ease and did a wonderful job waxing us both. Abby is worth every star on this rating and my daughter and I look forward to our next appointment.
Y'all, we live in a Metroplex. We have options. Don't settle for businesses telling you how you're allowed to spend your money. Take your hard earned money to someone that will appreciate it!
Take it to Abby at Legacy Salons & Day Spas! She's worth it!

I have been trying to call for days with no answer. I have a gift card for Legacy and have been trying to schedule a massage for over 1 year but they haven't had a tech. Now I can't even get them to answer the phone.
