Jem is always good and thorough. He pointed out that my A/C unit in the attic was not attached to a 2X4 which worried me but he reassured me that he fixed it.

These guys are AWESOME! Residential or Commercial! We have used their service plan for years now for our home, and 10/10 recommend these guys! Small, local, family owned business!

Jim is very Customer oriented. He understands the urgency when our AC got up to 86 and it was a 100 outside and my husband is on Oxygen 24/7. Thank you to all of Lone Star Heating and AC for their understanding the urgency!

Jem arrived on time for the spring maintenance on my air conditioner. He was both friendly and professional during the duration of this service. He answered any questions I had and provided me with a good evaluation of my AC system. I would definitely recommend using Jem and Lonestar Heating and Air in the future.

We are SO pleased with the service we received from Lonestar back in the fall. They actually saved us a substantial amount of money after we had received a bid/service call from another company. The staff was friendly, professional and spent time explaining what needed to be done and why! We really appreciated that. Will continue to use Lonestar for all our air conditioning and heating needs and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to our family and friends.
