Purchased some Levolor “Trim+go” blinds for a new addition to our house a few weeks ago. There was a mistake on our end on the size that needed to be cut and we ended up with some blinds the same exact size as the opening. No big deal to me as I just planned on going back and getting someone to use the machine to take an 1/8 inch off both sides or just buying a new set and getting them cut if that wasn’t possible. Went in the store today to do this and was greeted by customer service telling me i needed to find a girl named Autumn to use the machine and that i needed to go track her down some where in isle 41. No biggie. I had my 20 month old son with me so i didnt mind carting around a little extra looking for someone. I find her and i can tell shes busy so i hang around a bit. As she was coming to where i had been standing i know she sees the blinds in my cart and as soon as i could even get out “ma’am” she cuts me off and says “Im with a customer” and rushes off. Okay i thought I’ll do some more hanging around shouldn’t be too long. Time goes by and she is directing a fork lift down the aisle. So she clearly is busy and i just continue to wait. She then disappears and i ask the fork lift driver if she was the only person who could cut blinds. He replied with something along the lines of “yes, unfortunately she maybe, but this is only going to take a second”. I then just go stand by the machine so its obvious i need to have them cut and maybe she will see. The man blocks off one end and tells me he is doing so. Autumn then peaks her head around to close the other end and whips her head back as if i didn’t see her. At this point i can feel her point that she definitely did not want to cut the blinds. So as im walking down the isle i had to pass her i simply asked her “are you the only one that can use the machine here?” She replied very rude “Yeah….. and its gonna be a while before i can.” Was a great waste of time for me. Appreciate it. Please have your employees work on some customer service

I went to buy a part to fix a hose, it's very lonely and there is no one to help you. They don't speak Spanish, but the person who helped me at the checkout was very kind.

Found what I needed but waited 20 minutes to check out and finally had to put my items down and leave without making a purchase. This is the second time this has happened. I won't be back.

I was in desperate need of help with the vegetable plants I was buying yesterday so I went to Lowe’s. I was helped by Madison!!!!! She is amazing! She is so knowledgeable and patience! She literally spent 35 minutes showing me how to plant my plants, what potters to use ,what soil I needed to use and why: She is so friendly and was willing to do whatever she could to help me. I left feeling like I had a new friend! Definitely ask for Madison if you need help with you plants! She needs a raise! Exceptional customer service!

If I could leave a 0 star I would. Bought a grill online, nobody bothered to pick my order which it took 4 hours yet they gave me a display one which had rust on it and they didn’t care only offered a 10% discount. On top they knew we had a car and wanted one in a box when it came down to dismount they didn’t care to help. Luckily a Samaritan helped us due to them seeing us struggle. Once it was loaded (no thanks to them) they decided to come out and see if we needed help. Will not be returning to this location. Customer service flew out the window with them.
