Took my car in for a break job. I told them that the rear defrost wire came off back window and asked what it would cost to fix it. I was charged $169 for a DIAG to see what was wrong!!! What are you talking about, I told you what was wrong. Then was told the back window would have to be replaced. I declined bc it was stupid expensive and had no idea I was going to get charged for DIAG. I should charge y’all bc I already diagnosed it. Won’t be back for any kind of business.Service: Brakes

Would 0 stars if I could. Simple oil change caused tire sensor problem, they changed the wrong one, then caused a check engine light to come on, etc. Will not use ever again!

my daughters car has been there since June for repairs and they still have it. my husband finally called and they said that we would have to have it towed somewhere else to have it fixed after they have already torn it down and they have the parts. They told my husband that they were closing. But they have given my son and daughter the run around all these months earlier I would not recommend them to anyone

I was a long time customer until I went in to look for a new truck. Lynn Smith serviced my truck for years and were only willing to give me $5k for trade in on my truck that KBB had trade in value of $20k. Not only that, but they told me it was due to my truck having a transmission issue. Since they they were the ones servicing my truck, this truly shows their incompetence. I won’t ever come back here for service or to buy a vehicle. Happy with my new Ram.

Scheduled just an oil/filter change for a Sat morning.-In and out in about an hour-SA wasnt familiar with price matching or that my vehicle used 6 qt not 8qt-SA did offer slight discount-oil/grease marks all over driver side door and steering wheel-no topping off fluids-(windshield washer fluid very low)-no courtesy wash-MPI not in color so cant easily see areas that were of concern.

Excellent service, communication, pricing, notifications, and friendliness. Great service. The problem I was having showed I needed a new battery. The service department confirmed and replaced the battery. It was completed quickly and I was notified the car was ready for pickup. Took my diesel truck in for service. Thinking that thus was a honest and professional dealership. My truck was showing a P204B code. Which points to redundant low press. I had already replaced redundant reservoir back in February of 2023 which was 4 months ago. I also replaced redundant heater, module that were all purchased through a auto parts store. The mechanic that checked out my said that he didn't think that the reservoir was not compatible with my truck but I had driven the truck for 4 months before the code showed up. By replacing the tank would fix my truck. With charge of around 1300.00 dollars. Then after replacing the tank it did not fix my truck still showing same code. After talking to the service department the next day. The service adviser said that they would need to replace the redundant module. After questioning the fact that the tank did not fix the problem. I was told that the tank had a leak. I asked were the leak was at which point I was told that an o ring was leaking. Which there are only a few o rings which are part of module. So instead of replacing the reservoir, they could have just replaced the module which actually fixed the truck. This dealership is supposed to employ trained mechanics to repair vehicles. Seems to me they are just parts changers that fix problems by adding more profit to the dealership. By replacing things that don't need to be replaced. I am posting this review only to warn people about this dealership. Not that anyone there will read this and take an action. I can only imagine how bad it is for people that don't know much about fixing there vehicles.

Rebecca was absolutely great from start to finish! I felt like I was a long time client of hers. She kept me updated the entire time my vehicle was getting serviced. She presented me with multiple options and gave me tips on how to better maintain my vehicle. I communicated with her over the phone, via text and email and she was always prompt with her replied. Trent also did a great job checking me out and running through the inspection report. This is by far the experience I have ever had getting work done on my vehicle. They are the definition of customer focused/oriented service.

Advisor was very nice just didnt hear from him very often. Almost had to leave my truck longer because even though it was agreed I could pick up my truck late due to my work schedule, I tried calling the front to make sure before closing to let them know I was on my way and none answered.
