The service advisor was excellent. She really listened to what was going on with my Tahoe and helped find a solution. It seems like she is the only service advisor. She should get a raise for sure!

I was so impressed with the service department at Jerry's! I came in during a transition between management but the staff was so friendly and helpful. Great experience, I will be back for my future oil changes for sure!

my daughters car has been there since June for repairs and they still have it. my husband finally called and they said that we would have to have it towed somewhere else to have it fixed after they have already torn it down and they have the parts. They told my husband that they were closing. But they have given my son and daughter the run around all these months earlier I would not recommend them to anyone

No other chevy dealership had given me the time or seriousness. Everyone made it smooth, fast , and very well explained. Ricardo was the absolute best though! I plan on sending as much referrals over there as possible. Y'all are the best thank you so much!

Great service. The problem I was having showed I needed a new battery. The service department confirmed and replaced the battery. It was completed quickly and I was notified the car was ready for pickup. Kyle was extremely helpful and courteous.

Bought our new Chevy Traverse yesterday from Lynn Smith and could not be happier with our salesman Javier! He knew I wanted the same options as my current car, took me straight to the car I ended up buying. GREAT customer service and communication.

D.J was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! D.J. provided impeccable service, better service than I could have asked for! He went above and beyond to help me get into a car that I love. He assisted me with looking at several vehicles, he was knowledgeable, and I was able to make an informed decision comfortably. Anita, in financing, provided excellent service as well. She presented me with several financing options, and answered all of my questions so I had a great understanding. I will be returning to Lynn Smith in the future when I'm in search of my next vehicle not just because I got an awesome car that I love, but more than anything because of the service I received! Thank you for a wonderful experience.

I don’t think I’ve ever left a review for an oil change, but I was impressed! I was able to get an appt for the exact time I needed it at the last minute. I haven’t been here before so when I arrived, I wasn’t sure where to go, but Trent was super kind, helpful & quick. They got my oil changed, fuel filter replaced & tires rotated fast and even washed my truck for me!

Didn’t get helped for 20 minutes, no other cars were in the service area. One man came and said hello then another man waved him over and her just walked away never came back. finally after getting helped, I waited an hour in the waiting room to be told there were only 3 tires in the entire world for my car and it could take months to come in…. When I asked if I could just get a similar tire on the car I was told no. So I was expected to wait months for a tire to come in and drive on a spare for months? This doesn’t seem right. And why did I wait an hour to be told this information?? poor service. I ended up taking my car to a tire shop and they replaced it for me.

Took my diesel truck in for service. Thinking that thus was a honest and professional dealership. My truck was showing a P204B code. Which points to redundant low press. I had already replaced redundant reservoir back in February of 2023 which was 4 months ago. I also replaced redundant heater, module that were all purchased through a auto parts store. The mechanic that checked out my said that he didn't think that the reservoir was not compatible with my truck but I had driven the truck for 4 months before the code showed up. By replacing the tank would fix my truck. With charge of around 1300.00 dollars. Then after replacing the tank it did not fix my truck still showing same code. After talking to the service department the next day. The service adviser said that they would need to replace the redundant module. After questioning the fact that the tank did not fix the problem. I was told that the tank had a leak. I asked were the leak was at which point I was told that an o ring was leaking. Which there are only a few o rings which are part of module. So instead of replacing the reservoir, they could have just replaced the module which actually fixed the truck. This dealership is supposed to employ trained mechanics to repair vehicles. Seems to me they are just parts changers that fix problems by adding more profit to the dealership. By replacing things that don't need to be replaced. I am posting this review only to warn people about this dealership. Not that anyone there will read this and take an action. I can only imagine how bad it is for people that don't know much about fixing there vehicles.

Don’t remember the women’s name that came to my car in service, but she automatically had a attitude when she reached my car. She told me the price of a transmission flush.Even if I do have to pay for the service Lynn Chevrolet in Burleson Tx will not get my money. I’m from Tennessee and you know customer service is everything to me worked, in a dealership for 15 years and we never would treat a customer the way she treated me.I guess they don’t need business.

I had heard bad things about Lynn Smith and I was told I needed to go back to Classic in Grapevine where my husband bought his dream car. Since loosing my husband the car has a very sentimental attachment to me so I want to take care of it like he did. I thought though it was the a/c and I thought it would be a good time to try you out. My representative could not have been friendlier, nicer, or more professional. I felt very good about leaving my husbands car. I know that may sound silly about being sentimental about a car but life happens that way.
