$49.99 phone and a $40 a month plan somehow ends up being $273 at one store and then $322 at another store with mandatory accessories since the item is high demand. Drove around and went to stores for hours. Their 1-877 number and 888 number told me an estimate prior and about how much it would be then the stores in person said they can't stack promotions and one store got it down possibly to $214 which is still vastly more than what I was told the previous night by the official 1888 and 1877 Metro By T-Mobile numbers. The 2nd place was $322 and you had to get accessories no matter what they refused to give me a prior to paying invoice showing what I was being charged for and why it was $322 the first place did but it still was vastly more than agents told me.

This is place is awful, they charged me for a job they can't even make. Abu the guy at front desk charged me $79 for a job is free over the phone and change my plan and I had to fix it with a several phone calls to metropcs costumer service thanks to this person.If you decide to go here, at the first red flag run away because they will try to take your money in exchange of nothing but disappointment.

Went to go buy a iPhone and the guy was trying to upcharge me. I asked why it was so much more expensive than any other place and he kept saying because of the service fee. His price was 1000$ for a iPhone 14Went and bought one from Apple for 700 and paid 20$ to activate it…. They did some sketchy sales tactics and kept trying to get me to sign for the phone. I would avoid this place at all costs. It also smells really bad in there

I'm on disability and was supposed to get free phone service. At the first of the month they cut my service off. I went in and Tony got my service back on

On Sunday,I went to metropcs here and the guy worked there did a good job helping us with the new phone! However, the new phone didn't have all the contacts and apps transfer from the old phone,so it is best to keep the old phone for the inf!Updated: Less than a year going back becquse of the phone malfunction, the employee there didn't want to fix my malfunction phone....and made me pay for a low quality new phone.

I have had the samsung a32 for less than 10 months and it is malfunction,not turned on and off,it is junk phone and this MetroPCS,the Indian girl who works there wasnt willing to give me another free phone when it is not my false but them giving me this junk phone,and wanted me to buy another junk bad review t mobile phone for another 200 dollars plus tax,not only that she lied saying t mobile and MetroPCS are different company when t mobile buy out MetroPCS and the T label paper on the new phone was on top of it,she thinks the customers are stupid enough to listen to her lies. No more MetroPCS and t mobile for me ,lost my business !!!!!

I just went in today to get the in home wifi and I'm not eligible but i was told to check back in like a week or two to see if they added my address to the service grid. she was so nice and patient very talkative and friendly I'm glad I stopped by instead of going to one on the way home. I even got a hotspot setup till I'm eligible for the in home wifi definitely the best metro store I have ever been into. Deff driving all the way from Venus Texas to this location to do business again

Charged me for a free phone when I was just supposed to pay for the activation fee... Made me pay for the activation, the phone, and the upgrade..... Then had the nerves to to tell me that I have to pay $50 more just for the activation after I already paid for it...
