“We moved to Burleson May of 2023. Every time I’ve had cause to visit this location, we’ve been helped by Chris and I can’t rave enough about how knowledgeable, kind, & helpful he’s been. Sometimes having phone issues can be frustrating but with Chris’ help there’s no stress to be had. He makes you feel like there’s nothing he can’t handle or help you to take care of taking away any frustration you may have had before arriving in his care. Someone needs to make this guy a manager or even regional director of some kind because if everyone treated customers like he does there wouldn’t be any customers complaining about service!! Thanks Chris for always being so spunky and having such a warm greeting smile!! He’s the only person I want To work with coming to this location because I know Every time I have To go in, I’m getting the most professional service TMobile has to offer!! “The male associate fixed my new Samsung s24 ultra to where the color was absolutely beautiful. I had to take it in 3 times with no success on color correction. However, the last male associate was able to fix it and I don't have to return the phone. The photos are as beautiful as iPhone pictures. No regrets!”

“This AT&T location is my go to. They have an amazing team. Every time I have been there they are always able to assist with all of my needs even over the phone. Rep Alex and Manager Jessica are very helpful in getting things accomplished. Even the most difficult of tasks including splitting an old 11 line account into 3. Everything was explained in detail and even when I had issues after leaving the store they were able to help me fix the problem over the phone. I highly recommend they were both very professional, knowledgeable and helpful.”

“I feel like they think I’m a liar because I told them I’d write a review and have yet too. I came up there I want to say the night of January 5th. And I completely forgot his and her name. But they helped me get my own account and sign into max and everything. They were wonderful! If I knew their name I’d put it in this. But it was a youngish looking guy with tattoos that was talking to me about his mom when I was ranting about my ex (also thank you for listening) and it was a girl!! Thank y’all yall are amazing!!!”

“I just went in today to get the in home wifi and I'm not eligible but i was told to check back in like a week or two to see if they added my address to the service grid. she was so nice and patient very talkative and friendly I'm glad I stopped by instead of going to one on the way home. I even got a hotspot setup till I'm eligible for the in home wifi definitely the best metro store I have ever been into. Deff driving all the way from Venus Texas to this location to do business again”
