Sat for five minutes just now waiting at the window while the skinny guy working sat on his phone inside talking to a friend about PROJECTING. Maybe project the effort you put into your friendships into your customer service. Didn’t even have the decency to hang up the phone when he finally noticed me.

Horrible gas station. None of the pumps works. I'm going to report it to the state. It's been going on for a quiet while it's wasting everybody's time.Try to find a pump that works

I guess I have to give them atleast one star but there is a lady supposedly the manager and she is very rude everytime I go there, I’ve always loved Murphys but she makes me despise the Burleson location and that use to be the one I spent all my money with but now I’m having to go to shell or another place if I notice that she is working
Small example is I went there to buy a few things and she had a attitude so I had a attitude back even tho 2 wrongs don’t make a right but anyways I walked away and my co-worker walked up couple minutes after me trying to to get what he needed and since we had the same work attire on she wouldn’t let him purchase what he was wanting and keep in mind it was a hot day and could’ve really used a cold drink. And we look nothing alike so no she didn’t mistake him for me she was just being petty and did it spitefully which is childish. If she really is the manager her position needs to be re evaluated. There’s always something with this woman and she’s just rude and I’ve noticed I’m not the only customer she’s been like this with. I love murphys but stay away from this location. You’ll thank me later.

I just left this gas station this morning and I tell you I never seen so much entitlement from customer service from the lady working the register. I was trying to get gas on my way to work and she wouldn’t service me unless I said good morning. So we stood there for a minute as I was confused to why she thinks people are required to speak and have conversations when obviously 100% are in a rush to work at these hours. And if we don’t engage she will refuse service. Insane.

We always come and get gas here usually customer service is pretty great! Now this one evening we came in before the ice storm the young guy with long hair was very very rude to my husband twice, he asked him a question about being able to use a Walmart gift card, then my husband asked him if he can get cash back if she uses his debit card, he said nope! Once again he was so rude and being sarcastic like tried to be funny each time! We never had problems before I hope you can have someone working here, I hope you can someone more respectful, and could have atleast said no sir I apologize we’re unable. Instead we get a rude response as he grins rudely! Ughh I won’t be coming up to his window!

Wow! I sent my 17 year old son $100 to be able to get gas and something to eat for tonight as he is celebrating his Graduation. He had $100.65 on his card. He goes to get gas and they pull the $100 for a hold and he got .65 cents in gas!! They could at least let you get the amount they held and already confirmed you had as much as gas cost right now! He was left with no gas and not able to eat. I had to send him another $25 just to be able to get a little bit of gas bc I cannot afford to send him another $100. No telling how long they are going to hold this $100 for. Could be up to 10 days! I am very disappointed. I already don’t shop Walmart but I definitely won’t be back to a Murphys now either.
