Called ahead of time to get business document sign through a notary, they gave me a time and date. I get there with my business partner and the front desk tells me no notary. Sorry but this was very unprofessional and very inconvenient.

The more I deal with this credit union the worse I feel it gets. To start, not only do they REQUIRE a person to join before they can even determine if they can help with loans and services, but it appears more and more that this is becoming an elitist banking institution. A credit union that is supposed to be there for Veterans and military tells me NO with each request for any form of financing, tho I can go to one of my other non credit union banks and get approved! To open the account it's a minimum of $5, which is ok, but that $5 isn't even available in the account that's created. I have yet to transfer any funds to this establishment for the very fact that they refuse to help us with the financing that they claim to help veterans with. This account will be closed soon and they won't get my business again, and every Marine I served with, and every Veteran I interact with will not get my recommendation.

Service is a little slow. I prefer to not have to stand on a line to pay off a car loan. And would prefer to walk away with my title rather than wait for it 2 2 weeks. Seeing as you have been paid off, I should be able to get my title backright then.

I Was with BBVA until PNC bought them out boy what a downhill experience that was now I'm with Navy federal credit union where they take care of us veterans and customer service is off the grid I love it Sierra is very sweet and shay also thank you Navy federal credit union of Burleson for taken care of us military personnel and first responders!!! Atlease I can be myself!

I stepped the the front door at the navy fed in Burleson Tx, 12701 South freeWay location an it took me no time to receive great customer service from the agent, an a special thank you to Ty for helping me set up my account for my new career.

They won’t take change unless you roll it yourself, which isn’t the end of the world but then they won’t even let you deposit the little bit that’s left that you can’t roll. Absolutely insane that you can’t deposit your money into your account. Horrible service

Terrible customer service.My wallet was stolen and the state of Texas issued me a replacement driver's license.NFCU wouldn't issue me a replacement ATM card at the branch because my license was paper.The branch assistant manager told me to call the main number because that was policy.The person on the phone didn't even see a license yet issued a replacement right then,BUT I WON'T SEE IT FOR 4 DAYS!SUPER BOWL WEEKEND WITH NO ACCESS TO MY MONEY.Sure I withdrew cash but with civil asset forfeiture around, I don't like traveling with too much cash.So they'll issue me one and ship it to .e but, the branch where I live wouldn't lift a finger to help.Y'ALL SUCK AT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Great savings interest. Better than most. I'm so glad I made the switch. I've been told that CU are the way to go and I'm happy with my decision! Customer Service is always great haven't had a disgruntled employee yet! Way to go!

Well , we were greeted at the door!!! Total awesome customer service from the time we stepped in the establishment until we left. We waited maybe 3 or 4 minutes before we were called to take care of what was needed which was opening a new account. Everything was explained. I should have took note of the young lady that assisted us. I would definitely recommend Navy Federal to a friend or family family. I feel I have made a great decision in choosing them for my banking needs .

The service there is amazing all the associats there are friendly. It was quick and painless to open an account and you get the debit card the same day. I would seriously go inside to deposit anything just because of the service. A wonderful experience and happy to recommend anyone to navy Federal.
