Watch out with your purchased items. I've never bought at store where I come home then see I have an ítem missing. Makes me believe the cashier kept it because they were nice sunglasses. Double check before you leave that all items are in your bag. I definitely will be doing this now at all stores and not coming back here. If the sunglasses fell or were left on the counter, the cashier and I would see them, but no they weren't so she must have pocketed it without me noticing.

Zero stars, cashiers are careless. I’ve been to this location twice this month and both times something has gone wrong. They don’t scan all the items so it’s makes it hard trying to exchange for a different size and they don’t check all the clothes for security tags.

They had a great sale going on. The store was clean. It wasn't overly crowded and very few associates in the store. Line had more than 3 waiting with only one cashier. This shopping center is never too busy and there is good shopping in a small area.

Absolutely love this place... the staff is pretty great too. The atmosphere is so relaxing. Even on the coldest days, it was so comfortably warm and cozy.

I love my burleson old navy! Teresa the assistant manager is so sweet and helpful! The store is so relaxed and easy to find what I'm looking for in a rush! The signage is always up to date too :)
