Great job cleaning 👌
The old heavy set lady behind the counter is rude and crude. If you ask her anything she will snap at you. I tried to turn the other cheeck but someone like that needs to get out of customer service. I really wanted to bring my things here .
I will not come back unless they change.
Take my business back to Crowley Cleaners.

I thought I had found a pretty good cleaners in Burleson until yesterday. I had a pair of trousers that I took in to be cleaned. I had only wore them 3 times. When I picked them up and put them on to wear they had a small hole in the front which wasn't there when I took them in. They are expensive wool trousers that I have many others like them in in my closet along with wool sport coats. The lady, not the owners said it looked like an insect had eaten them and only offered to have alterations try to repair them. I know it was not there when I took them in. Was not willing to show them to the owners or replace them. I sell these trousers and coats for a living and had no reason to try and get a replacement pair if they were old and I had snagged myself. I went bright and early this morning. I had called the day before to check prices. I didn't think $14.99 for a jacket cleaning was too bad. They said they would have it back in 2 days. I didn't think that was too bad either, especially since I'm not in a hurry. I guess we'll see how thorough they were in a couple of days.

I've been doing business with Olde Towne Cleaners regularly for several years. They are by far the best cleaners I've ever done business with. I drop off many items and I always get them back in great condition, cleaned and pressed nicely. The owners and family are very pleasant to work with and care about their customers!

I brought a prom-like dress here to be cleaned and for the straps to be shortened for my birthday celebration. This was my first time getting something dry cleaned and I'm not sure what my expectations should have been since I've never done this before, but I was very pleased with this service. The woman at the counter was very friendly during phone calls and when I visited the cleaners to drop off and receive my dress. The spaghetti straps on my dress were altered to my expectations and the dress was well cleaned and taken care of, which I am very pleased about. I was hesitant to use this dry cleaner because of it's lack of reviews, but the few reviews there were were very positive so I decided to go with my instinct and trust them with my dress. Again, I am very pleased with the results and would like to thank them for taking part in making my birthday celebration amazing.

Been going here for over a year. The husband and wife owners are very nice and so are their employees. I've never had any problems with them losing or damaging clothes. They always have the clothes on time. We moved to Weatherford and still drop our clothes off at this dry cleaners. They are 5 star.

Excellent! Been coming here for many years now and they are just the very best! The owners run their business friendly and professional. They are now in a brand new location at 201 W Bufford St. #109, just off Renfro so close to everything! I highly recommend them.

The lady was extremely nice! Which is what I read in the yelp reviews. The other places had bad reviews saying service was bad and people were rude. I won't go anywhere else.
