The manager Erin is a HORRIBLE human being. I tried to explain that I couldn't find my loan and she sent me the same link that doesn't work. She talks over customers and her customer service skills are sub-par at best! How she keeps a job in customer service is beyond me! I asked her to escalate my issue to the IT department and she actually told me no. Apparently it's because they are a financial institution, but it never stopped anyone from texting my phone and discussing my business without verifying they were actually talking to me! Also, what's the big secret about adding my loan account to the app? She is lazy and entitled!! She just didn't want to do any work! Come to find out, there was a system glitch on THEIR end. I was on the phone trying to figure it out for an hour, while I was supposed to be managing my own team at work. This is what we can expect from the BRANCH MANAGER!!? Really pitiful!! If anyone wants proof, I have the text messages!!! Thanks for nothing, Branch Manager Erin!!!!! You SUCK!!!!

The expirience was easily a good one. The staff was friendly and the loan aproval was quick. My only hiccup was in downloading files on the additional forms when it was requested. I had to drive out around 45 mins to an hour to go the closest office to me because no one could figure it out. When I spoke to tech, via referral from the young lady that helped me beforehand, they were rude and short with me. I hate that I am doing 4 stars but its truly my expirience that the grade is a blanket one for the whole company process not just the good or the bad. Over the phone and in person at the office A+; on the phone with tech support F!
The people at the office eventually figured it out and everything got done. They alone would've had the 5 stars if not for the bad experience with tech (both calls to tech support we're terrible)

I would give a 0 if I could. Beware of this business. I called and handed my vehicle in since I couldn't sell it. (Transmission went out)Because it was collateral. Iwanted them to sell and deduct from balance owed. I was going to continue to make payments so it didn't go against me. They said it wouldn't go against me if I continued to make payments. Long story short. Not true. I just looked at my credit score. (07/03/2025).

10/10 Do NOT recommend. They are not great to do business with the interest on their he loan is going to kill you. It’s worse than paying on student loans. They can’t give you clarifying information when you call the office and you call the main customer service line and they can’t help you because your loan is with a specific branch. I understand that we all are trying times and sometimes you just have to do something to carry you over do not and I repeat do not do it with them. You will regret it for many years to come.
And I’m giving one star because I can’t do zero. I called this morning and they said a manager would give me a call back in about an hour. Nobody called me back. I called at the end of the day. The lady placed me on hold and said let me ask my manager Placed me on hold for about a minute, came back and gave me a answer that was completely different from what they told me this morning and I said do you have this in writing because it’s contradicting what they told me this morning and she said no they don’t have it in writing. However they do all sorts of documents and they don’t have this process in writing? That is strange she then followed up with, I can have my manager call you in the morning. She’s out of the office, but who did you just place me on hold to speak to you if your manager isn’t there absolutely the worst.

They are extremley flexible if you're going through a tough time, but don't take that as me saying anything besides if you truly need help, they will work with you. My first visit went by smoothly, my service agent was direct to the point, and I recieved money that same day.
They have picked up on me being social anxious and send me texts now, to me that says a lot because it shows they catered specifically to reach me in a different way, not all business would do that. I do recommend them for a loan as they lay out their terms immediately, they didn't try to sell me anything extra that I didn't need, they are upfront about what they expect from you and what you can expect from them. If I would've known of them first, this is the only place I would've gone for a loan.

**LONG POST**I didn't have a great experience at the beginning working with ANA from the Burleson, TX branch. She was absolutely HORRIBLE from the moment she called and I started working with her. I was already hesitant about getting a loan anyway. Im VERY big on customer service. She wasn't kind or welcoming at all and lacked customer service skills. Every time I spoke with her or asked questions, she was rude and not friendly. She rushed and talked over me EVERY time. However, I proceeded with the process. When arriving to close on my loan I wasn't greeted by her (just a hand signal to come over, no hello, hi, how are you doing etc) and again, rushed, talked over me. Nothing was explained to me at all from her during this process, just rushed and rude. During the closing, Ana had a nasty attitude. I know she felt that bad energy boiling as i sat there staring at her rudeness (trying not to go off) Then she had the nerve to ask me, if I was having a bad day? Lol I said ARE YOU? How about, how are you today?! I proceeded to tell her this hasn't been a pleasant experience working with her (she basically said ditto) I told her I'm VERY big on customer service and hers hasnt been the best. All she said was, I know youre the customer, BUT....I said seriously? I match energy!!! You have been horrible from the start, all she said was ok, clicked her mouse and shrugged her shoulders. I got up and walked out. I immediately asked to speak with the branch manager Thank God, I decided not to complete it with ANA. I was about to leave, until I spoke to the branch manager (Erin, I believe, I can't remember) she was sooo pleasant and nice and I spoke to her in private about my experience and concern with Ana. She literally turned everything around and I actually felt valued. She listened and it seemed she actually cared and wanted to fix my experience. A BIG THANK YOU!! The branch manager assigned me to another loan officer NORMA who was AWESOME! NORMA was very thorough, patient and helpful, excellent customer service
(which I didn't get at all from ANA at all) this is why I rated it 2 stars. If I had spoke with NORMA first or any other person than ANA, I probably would've rated 5. If you decide to go to this branch in Burleson, Tx. Ask for NORMA or anyone else besides ANA.

Absolutely terrible people. Got preapproved online then got transferred to this company so I can purchase a vehicle. They then tell you that they will need you to send documents over. Once you send it all in they set up an underwriting meeting days later. Come underwriting meeting they called 3 mins prior saying they need more documents. When you provide those documents they tell you that's wrong as well. When you're explaining to them your frustration with them they speak over you and don't listen. Never had such a terrible experience before.
