it's a decent store, but the store on south side of town seems to have more stuff in stock. Dave is a great knowledgeable employee, but some. of the employees are children and need. to be schooled on how to search up. parts. it's best to find your own part numbers then go in or ask for Dave.

Stopped in to swap out the daily limit of 5 batteries for a gift card and the older dark haired lady was extremely rude. She said I’ve already swapped out a bunch of batteries today so the best I can do is 2 or 3, and then when I questioned her whether she wanted 2 or 3 she demanded that I “just don’t stand there, go get them”, didn’t offer a cart a hand or anything. Looks like me and my commercial account will keep using the Crowley store even though it’s further, she should really take notes from Quincey and the Crowley guys. I will say the younger curly haired girl was super nice though

Maribel at O'Reilly in Burleson was extremely helpful and kind. I needed a new battery, and she went above and beyond and changed out the old one for a new one. There are still kind people in this world. Thank you Maribel for your service.
