I have had two color match problems and both times these guys matched the color so perfectly, I didn't even need to re-paint the whole wall. I literally touched up t he dirty spots and when the paint dried it was like the dirty spots were never there!”

“The customer service and knowledge at Texas Paint is infinitely better than at big-box stores. I prefer BM paints to any others because of the quality, coverage, and colors, but the people at Texas Paint are so helpful, kind, and willing to talk through whatever concerns/issues you have. Beyond that, their color matching is insaneeeeee! I am blown away at how well they matched this several year old paint after we patched holes in the drywall from plumbing repairs (pictured).”
“My husband went to PPG Paint Store on Saturday morning-Dec 7, 2024. A young man helped my husband and saved us a lot of money. He was honest and very helpful. I normally do not write reviews but I wanted to thank the person who helped my husband. He called several of the locations to see if they could make the paint and then helped him with our paint. My husband went to other paint stores and they wasn’t helpful. We will come back to this location on Seminary. Great customer service and thank you!”

“Honestly the best store I’ve dealt with when it comes to paint products. William, Jordan, and the staff go above and beyond for the customers. We were working on a pool project and prior in choosing paint color I bought enough for 2-coats for the square footage. We ended up wanting a dark gray color, William and Jordan were able to correct the situation ordering the correct base for the color and swapping the original cans. They even noted the color and had the paint tinted and ready to go! I appreciate this level of customer service as it’s definitely dwindled over the years. Look forward to continuing to use this store!”

“Not rating the product as I haven’t used it yet, but the customer service I received from Emily was phenomenal! The store was busy but she still went the extra mile to make me feel valued as a customer, she made sure I received the best deal for my money including a discount. She worked quickly but it still felt personable. I would return for her service alone.”
