Toby the trainer is absolutely amazing! He's so patient, friendly, kind, and he is so fun! If you're thinking of doing training here, do it! They genuinely care about their dogs, humans, and business! ? It's so worth every penny, every second, and every bit of effort.

Do not go here and certainly don’t have your dog groomed here!!! I dropped off my 5 lb do there this am and was told I was the first appt with Krystal and it was great….. till I went back 3.5 hrs later and she had only been bathed/dried! It would be another 1.5 hrs to cut her because I was waiting for someone else to be done and waiting on the trainee to do her but now. So when we called to speak to the mgr it was basically (we have 4/5 hrs and she will be done at her 5 hr mark). No apology or anything to help resolve the issue. I went back at 245 and she was still being cut!!! 5lb dog!!!!!! Then to top it off there has the audacity to put the trainee out there to deal with me when I cans to pick her up, the cowards. If I was him I would go to another location or quit! I just can’t believe the “customer service” I received today! I will not be going back, I’d rather pay more to have a mobile service come to me, at least I know they will pay attention to my dog in a timely fashion and just my dog.

Been taking are standard poodle here and recently got him groomed like we always do but this time who ever shaved his hair did a terrible job he's got scars from whomever cutting to quickly and the person who cut his hair probably shouldn't be cutting any animals hair anymore it's never been this bad. Won't be going to this PetSmart anymore ?

Still in the store looking at aquariums for the 25 minutes without any labeled information what comes with them? When I finally flagged down a worker passing by she didn't seem interested in helping one bit even look perturbed. Needless to say The only good thing out of that visit was finding out Petco had tanks for half off so I just walked out. I will say this I do not ever plan to return to PetSmart we even had our Italian Greyhound with us and we're going to get her nails done but we got it all done at Petco.

All I can say is that they gave my dog the wrong cut and trim. They apologized and stated they had my Border collie mixed with a lab. No partial payment nor a refund or a future credit.
