Fast, easy, and convenient. They know who I am and what I'm here for without saying a word. Amazing customer service and fast to correct any problems that may arise. I receive nothing but respect from them, and I don't get snarky remarks about my less than usual medications(looking at you CVS). I cannot recommend this little pharmacy enough.

The compounds are poorly made and the customer service is even worse. I called to ask about the gritty compound and was told that’s too bad it’s how they make it. Other pharmacies have much better compounds. Will definitely not use this pharmacy again!!

Excellent customer service! I have been using their services for about a year now and I love that I am able to have my medication delivered. No other pharmacy has taken care of me like they have! I would give them 100 stars if I could!

Pharmone is my favorite pharmacy. I always have my medications on time and if my insurance doesn't cover them they give me a good price on the medicine too. The employees are very attentive and there are also those who speak Spanish and we can understand each other. Thank you so much

If i could give zero stars i would. I called to question why my prescription amount has changed and why I wasn’t informed that it would change and the “ pharmacist quote is going to tell me that at the time there was a coupon but it no longer is there which is fine but my problem is why was that not communicated they have a really big issue with communication and then she’s going to tell me to calm down when I was calm talking to her about the whole situation until she said that this whole establishment is very unprofessional. I’ve never seen prescriptions change price and not inform the patient that was gonna happen $90-$200 is a big difference anyways, if you don’t wanna get scammed, go to a different pharmacist, cause if you complain, these people will threatenen to not fill your prescription

I tried calling a couple of times but was told "the wireless customer is not currently available. Please try back later." The wireless number was the only number posted for this business from my Google search. Later turns into never sometimes.

Unfortunately, the person who called me to mail my prescription was unable to answer my questions about my copay. I’ve never had this problem with another pharmacy and I’ve never had prescription copays change throughout the year. I decided on another pharmacy.
