I’ve been to my stylist multiple times, and she is an amazing human. I adore her. She’s very professional and amazing. I’ve always been happy with my haircuts from her, but this last time has been really rough on me. I asked for face framing and on each side they are not even or quite as short as I wanted them. Also, the layers she cut through out my hair have the majority of my hair falling in my face all day. I was also under the presumption that she was taking off 3 to 4 inches of my hair and it ended up being more like 6 inches. The ends of my hair also look very choppy and just not like me. There’s also spots where it looks like I need a trim and I just took off a bunch of hair and it still looks like I need it. I feel like I constantly have to keep my hair up because of the haircut now and I’m just really sad and disappointed. I can’t stand how short it feels and looks. I adore her, so I debated on posting this, but it’s just eating me up about my hair. I would probably still recommend her and the salon even though I’m super sad about my hair this time

i always look forward for my hair appointments! love seeing all the girls, it is such a great atmosphere as soon as you walk through the door. they also sell cute custom trucker hats, permanent jewelry and now eyelash extension!! 10/10 best place in fw! worth every penny (which isn’t an arm and leg)

I had a great first time salon visit with Ashlynn. She was super nice and accommodating. I’m not much of a hair person, it looked great in the end and I’ve gotten lots of compliments. Will definitely be back ❤️

I wouldn’t risk booking with them if I were you, because if something happens and you can’t show up in time they will charge you 50% of the service you booked. I tried to reschedule with them when I realized I was going to be late but they didn’t want to work with me anymore. Even though I called them as soon as I realized I had booked my appointment earlier than I thought, they refused and showed no flexibility or good customer service. What really made me realize is all about the money is when I realized they didn’t even bother on giving me a call when they noticed I hadn’t shown up on time for my booking, they only wanted to charge me. There are waaay better salons in DFW, don't risk booking your hair service here.

I want to start by saying that all the employees at this salon are very kind and welcoming. I enjoy getting my hair done by my hairstylist. When I moved to FW I thought I found the perfect salon. However, my last session did not go to well. For some reason my hair did not lift. I do not blame the hairstylist for this. This could be hormones, environment, bleach or tone that could have affected my hair not lifting. Got my hair done on a Friday, and I left for Florida, washed my hair in FL once and it was fine. Came back to FW a week after. Washed my hair a second time after it was colored and it turned yellow at the root. Called the salon asked what I could do at home to fix it. They wanted me to come in. I’m not only disappointed that the salon told me that I had to pay another $60 to fix it but I’m disappointed that management never reached out to me to speak about this and honor it. We retoned. I basically paid over $360 for bleach and tone x2 and a haircut. Guess what, my hair just turned yellow again at the root at the 2 week period that I retoned. I just threw $60 down the drain. Im hoping this gets fixed the next time I come in for a bleach in tone. If not I have to find a new salon in FW.Services: Haircut
