Quest Diagnostics in Burleson on Wilshire Blvd has the worst customer service ever. The white lady with the glasses working in room 1, steer very clear from. She’s rude, talks very loud and obnoxious, and has the worst attitude ever!! She acts like she doesn’t want to answer questions if you have them. She is a prime example why you shouldn’t work in customer service jobs if you’re not suited! If I could give a 0, I would. Worst experience ever!

Burleson location I was in for test request by my doctor and my phlebotomist was great! My appointment was right on schedule and I was in and out in a timely manner ! Thank you

I needed to drop off a specimen today and I arrived 20 minutes before closing and the door was already locked with no one answering when I knocked on the door. The phone system is all automated and there is no way to speak to a real person. My specimen went bad and I have to get a new set from my doctor now. Very frustrating.

I was a walk-in. I signed in at the kiosk and it said I’d have a 30 min to an hour wait. To my surprise I was called back in 10 minutes. I think I was in and out of Quest in 15 to 20 minutes. The facility was clean and the tech was nice.

My visit was scheduled by my doctor and an email link was provided. Scheduling was fast and convenient. I did blood work and results came in fast. I have the quest app and all the data and results are easy to view and understand. I also have history to compare previous blood work to the current. Overall satisfied and will continue to use quest for future blood work.

I’ve never been to quest before, I tried to call for questions about scheduling and testing, but not possible to talk to a human. As requested by the automated system, I Went online to schedule an appointment and pay for testing, I was charged six times for the same test, I tried to call quest customer service for billing and was on hold for over 40 minutes. I finally talked to a real person and they said I had the wrong department and gave me another number to call, I was on hold for another 30 minutes, and that person told me the same thing. The third number I called I waited for just over 10 minutes and finally got to talk to someone only for them to tell me that there was nothing they could do, they only suggested to cancel my credit card. I got online to log into the account I just created on their website to see if I could manage the problem from there and every time I put in my information and clicked login, it took me back to the blank login page. I drove to the Burleson location to find out what I need to do and there was no one there. The sign on the window at the desk said to use the kiosk in front, LMAO! This place and their system is a total joke!

Quest is the best! Always schedule an early morning appointment and they do a great job or getting me in and out in less than 20 minutes! Can’t complain and love their service! Thanks Quest!

Check in was easy. Walk in is welcome but expect a wait, make an appointment to be seen quicker. Brittany (my phlebotomist) was friendly and delight. She explained everything in terms to understand. Very professional and great smile.

This was not my first experience with Quest Diagnostics (Burleson) and it will certainly not be my last. I've had a variation of encounters from the phlebotomists there, some on the rude side & most have been nice. This last visit on May 20th, I had the best experience with a phlebotomist named Alexa. She was outstanding - very professional, cordial, and had a very positive attitude but most of all I didnt even feel the needle while giving my blood & SHE DIDN'T LEAVE A BRUISE! That's a rare occurrence with me because I bruise easily. She did a great job!

This has been the worst experience at a lab collection agency. I had a set appointment time today but arrived early. I checked in and have been skipped for service nearly 8 times. I attempted to ask the staff here for help as I figured that there was some type of system error going on but they dismissed my inquiry and had an attitude. I will never come to this location again. I work in healthcare and the customer service at this visit was deplorable. If I could rate the experience a 0 I would. I will drive further to visit another quest location with hopes of a better experience next time I need labs.
