My doctor faxed my order twice, yet they said they weren’t received. Very nice nurse let me call the doctors office and get orders directly from the nurse to her. It was a lot of wasted time as I’d called ahead of my appointment to be sure the order had been received, but can’t speak to anyone or find out anything without going there. This needs to be changed. They should notify patients when orders are received to save time & frustration

Had to drop off a lab item; however no one was present and all automated. Tried to call someone on the phone to figure out how to do a drop off however you can’t even get a real person on the phone

Always the best experience at Quest! This last time Camilla was my phlebotomist and she was wonderful. Thank you for having great staff that truly care for the patients.

Camilla is THE BEST ever! Had an employment drug screen and she made the process less intimidating. Was SO friendly, too. The other lady there made me go print a paper for the drug screen, saying it had to be a piece of paper, not electronic, but when I got back I found out that was wrong- she thought I was getting blood taken. Didn't love her as much (super annoying to have to run to CVS and print a paper I didn't ACTUALLY need), not as friendly either. Not only did Camilla help ME, but while I was there saw her helping TONS of others too, being so friendly! Love her! She's the best part about this place for sure.

Came here today for 1st time to get a decent amount of blood drawn & I had the pleasure of having Mrs. Camille bring me back & draw my blood, she was kind, positive, personable & easy to talk to in the process. Quick & painless. She helped me get through my anxiety & bloodwork & I'm looking forward to going back. Thank you for what you do, you are appreciated. God bless

If it wasn't for Camilla Smith , Quest Diagnostics would get a 1 star. Needed a pre employment drug screen. Went in early in the morning only to find an electronic check in device and people sitting waiting in line. Got an appointment for the afternoon. Came back, still found people waiting in line. 20 minutes after appointment time Camilla came out and took me in . Great personality. Made the wait totally worth it.

Hours on door say they close at 4pm m-f. I got there at 3:55 on a Friday to drop off a sample and the door was already locked. They refused to let me in and said to come back earlier next time.

probably the best experience Ive had so far with having my blood drawn! Im sad I can’t remember her name but the young lady that had on purple scrubs and the Cheetah print shoes is amazing!!! I was in and out within 5-10 mins.

To whoever worked in exam room 1 on 9/8/23 @710am.. you really need to think if this job is the right fit for you. I take my daughter there every 3mo to check her A1c. While I have had pleasant experiences in the past my husband and daughter did not today with you. You charged us the full amount prior to running it first with the insurance per the website said should happen. Got snappy when questioning it and said.. that is why it is called pre-authorization... we know what that means. But still it is on hold for that amount and not the amount after insurance. Big difference! You were just rude from the start to the end.
