The following event happened around 3:15pm on jun 29th. I gave it 2 stars because I told myself i wouldn't let one bad experience dictate what I thought about the place. I bought a couple
cups of ice. I already had a cooler full of drinks in the car. I had also grabbed an empty cup and on my way out the door Sydni M The assistant manager accused me of stealing I said no I didn't I paid for this. And she pointed at the empty cup and said I never said anything about getting a large cup And her attitude and demeanor was very intimidating. And I informed her About
The many Times I have gotten an empty cup Before with no issue and nobody's ever charged me in my life for an empty cup. She Is kept getting closer And at that point I gave her the cups back because I am not a theif. Even though she tried to make me look like one I didn't argue with her the only things I said was.Are you sure and you should probably talk to your superior about what happened here. I had somebody walk up to me in the parking lot and said.
Did she really just intimidate you and accuse you of being a thief over an empty cup? And he seen that I was having Anxiety issues And said don't worry I have it on video and I'm going to report her I got to qt all the time with my family now I'm afraid to even take my family in there so I probably will just stick to race track for now on

I've never had a bad word to say about QT. That is, until I visited this location. I'm a 3rd shift Door Dasher, caregiver & mom of 3 little children. It was around midnight and I had just delivered an order and awaiting a new one. Really thirsty, so I popped in for a small drink. I grabbed a kids drink from the refrigerator. Paid for it and asked for a receipt. Went out to my car and took a sip. The best way to describe the problem? It tasted like it was made with dish soap. This was very disconcerting considering it was a child's beverage. I went back in, voicing my concern to the night manager. He was awful to me. He flat out said, "If you want a refund or an exchange done, you can come in when the day manager is here." By that, I thought he was saying he didn't have the ability to do an exchange. Then he said, " No, I can do an exchange or a refund but I'm not going to do that." I was genuinely taken back by his words. He said, "You bought the drink, opened it then took a sip. There for, YOU DON'T DESERVE A REFUND OR EXCHANGE BECAUSE IT'S YOUR FAULT." Whaaaaaat???? I explained, this has nothing to do with money. There is an obvious chemical in this drink that shouldn't be consumed, especially by little children. You should at least get one from the fridge and see for yourself. His exact words were, "Yeah, I'm not doing that." A month later, I still have the receipt.

QT gas stations are kept really clean. They offer ready to go pizza, burritos and items on the rolling grill. Never had a bad experience or issue with any QT gas stations. They offer Apple Pay at the pump and inside

I love QT and come here daily. But today I saw that you changed all your manual coffee stations to automated ones. The coffee smells different, it stinks and you don't get the hometown feel of the old machines. This makes me super sad. I will not be buying coffee from you anymore. I hope you guys change your mind and go back to the old way.

I don't know if Kei still works here but you were the worst manager I have had the misfortune to work with. Everyone knows you steal money from the register. Everyone knows that is why the parked you at this dead store. They couldn't prove it, but when multiple shift changes money comes up short, they're going to know. You're entitled, rude, and you have an unattractive personality that leads to higher turn over. You're not a "trainer, " you're a child with a black name tag.Also, Whitney, a super trash clerk that made working there 100 times worse. She coughed in the food, came in nearly two hours late, and regularly had her friends and daughter come up there to socialize. Worst store, worst staff, I hope the worst for y'all.

I stop at this store multiple times a week. Besides a BBQ sandwich that didn't have a lot of meat on it, no issues. I stopped getting that sandwich. I love their soft pretzels and personal pizzas. Easy in and out. Store can get very busy.
