I will say, Bill is awsome and always has been. This review has NOTHING TO DO WITH HIW BILL IS HIS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BEYOND!! Unfortunately the rating I'm giving is be cause since it has changed hands the prices have been. Raised several times, and as me understanding business decisions I also know it was not bill raising the prices. They go up several time I started at 75 00 for my shed and I. The last few years since 2023 it is now damn near 150.00 this is ridiculous. I'm looking other options. I am not going to be paying damn near 200.00 a month for storage. It will take me a bit as I just got another email saying the rent gli.g up once again in February the end for March. I'm working on something different. Bill is a wonderful person and deserves 5 stars for his customer service. But the company them selves deserve 2 stars. RIDICULOUS!!

Have known and done business with Bill for years. That being said. Bill is always proactive and goes above and beyond to help with any situation. Would not use any other place for my storage needs and would recommend Rendon Storage to anyone searching for storage services.

Let me start with how unprofessional this place is. First off, I called three times (no answer) I did finally receive a call back. Second, I started to explain our situation (which was all of 15 seconds), was rudely cut off, and hung up on (no good byes or anything). Lastly, as I was cut off, the gentleman said, "I would not even store your stuff for two weeks, we do by the month, and I'm not going to mess with it even for a month" (Click he hung up in my face). How rude!!!! You can be professional and courtesy to those who are trying to do business. I would not of even cared, if he was polite about it. What a jerk!!!!
