Was referred here a a lady named Tracie who groomed my precious Sophie. The staff and the Dr really seem to care about the animals more about trying to get rich off of people, like some of the other corporations out there. So I'm very happy with V.E.T Care. I would recommend them to who really wants their fur babies cared for.

The staff here have shown that they genuinely care about my animal's health and well being. They're all very friendly and professional. They actually make it much more affordable than other vets I've visited in the area as well.

My dog developed arthritis at a young age due to a past trauma. Despite doing everything I can she has been more painful recently since we have a new dog in the house. I brought her in today to start laser therapy since my regular vet doesn’t offer this service. The staff was very kind and welcoming and the doctor gave me a lot of good information. Cricket appreciates you guys!

The best I was a receptionist for this dr and his old colleague about 18-19 years ago and he’s still the best vet around.I wanted to add to this bc I’ve noticed some bad reviews and it’s crazy to me that ppl give bad reviews over a wait time or over their 17 year old doggo having normal blood work one minute and then the next they have organ failure. There’s multiple reasons dogs can have Auden organ failure. A bad shampoo getting into something they’re not supposed to the list goes on. People should really get all the facts before making a bad review on a place on an emotional whim.I didn’t give him a good review bc I worked for him when I was a new young mother for a short bit. He took care of both of my pit bulls 20years ago also. Now I rescued a German Shepard that was in bad bad shape and dr Gibbs took one look and knew exactly what needed to be done. Did some tests have the meds and she looks amazing !! Just as he said she would. Took my tuxedo cat to him for some skin issues. He cleared it up in one visit! Her hair was falling out and she was scratching herself bloody! He knew exactly what to do. Took my sleeve Pekingese puppy to him and he gave meAll the options that he had for me, and told me she was truly an ophthalmology case and he let me decide what I wanted to do bc not everyone had veterinarian ophthalmologists money, I’m lucky enough to have it. So I took his recommendation and got her to the veterinarian ophthalmologist. She had a seizure and before she was even out of the seizure I was on the phone with them in tears. They guided me through it and even called the next work day too. Heck on her!!! Even had his fill in check on her! They truly care. His goal isn’t to dig in peoples p ok ets it’s to care for the animals and give us the best options while being mindful of our finances and the fact that there’s a recession and inflation to keep in mind. I could list a million other reasons why this man and his staff are amazing but I’ll spare you. Just try using your brain before you bash a business bc your 200 year old dachshund had to have his teeth worked on or bc the ancient poodle suddenly had organ failure two weeks after normal blood tests. Animals don’t live forever people.

My great Dane had her tail docked here due to happy tail issues. The tail docking and the spay procedure including blood work and aftercare medication was $700. This beat out the competition by over $400. My dog then chewed her tail down to the bone and so I had to take her back in to get restitched. I was quoted by another popular vet office $2,500 for the procedure when I came back to Dr. Gibbs instead I paid $120. The work he did and has always done for all my animals was immaculate. I don't see any reason anyone would go anywhere else he simply is extremely skilled at an ridiculously reasonable price. The staff he has both behind the desk and behind the individual rooms are very good very kind and make everything very easy. I have always been very well informed on every detail of what was done so I fully understood.

Dr. Carlos and staff has been our vet for about a year and a half now. Super cute interior, great location, and very nice and knowledgable staff. I’d recommend them on that aloneBut holy moly they cannot hold an appointment time to save their life. Every one of our appointments for the past year have been missed by at least 30 minutes, no exaggeration. The worst was an hour late, twice. If I could slip them $50 just so they see me on time, I would. Be prepared to add 90 minutes to your visit, no matter what

I am very angry and disappointed with Dr. Gibbs because he caused my cat Chelsea undo pain and suffering. I took her to see Dr. Gibbs because I was concerned about a lump on her jaw which he dismissed as a „normal growth in old cats“. It turned out to be an aggressive bone cancer that caused her jaw to fracture. If he would have been more thorough with his exam and told me about the possibility of a tumor in her jaw, which I learned is very common, I would have taken immediate steps to investigate it further to get answers. It would have not changed the outcome of having to euthanize her but she could have spend the last days of her life with the people she loved and not in a hospital on IV fluids and pain medication.I will never set foot in his office again.
