I can’t thank Liz enough for not only her kindness but her knowledge of your products and warranty’s. I went to Cedar Hill location and the Manager there was rude and wouldn’t help me at all. I called this location and Liz made sure she was giving me the proper information by calling customer service her self and calling me back to let me know she would be able to help me. She went above and beyond and let me know the store hrs and that her staff would know I was coming to ensure I didn’t have any issues. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Thank you Liz for being an amazing Representative for Sally’s

When I went to this Sally's as soon as I walked in I was greeted and asked if I needed any help by multiple people. I politely said no as I knew what products I wanted. I went over to pick out the toner and dye I wanted for my hair and another older worker came up to me and again, asked if I needed help. I said no but she walked over when I had already picked what toner I wanted and she told me I should buy a different shade. I used the toner I had in my hand and I loved my results but she suggested another one. While I admit it is my bad for not sticking with what I had, I bought the toner she told me to. She also told me to buy another hair dye than I wanted. Again, I know listening to her was my bad, but she seemed very knowledgeable about their products. When I used the toner, I followed the instructions to a T just for my hair to turn a Greenish Grey Color, when I just wanted to tone a little bit of the yellow off because the toner I had was fading out. Not only was my hair green and grey but the parts I dyed with color were almost completely faded within 2 washes.Also I know the staff is just being nice but 4 people asking if you need help when you enter the store and whilst your shopping is kind of overwhelming and makes me not want to come back as a person with social anxiety. Personally I think only 1 person should ask and if we decline, but change our mind we can just ask for help.

Very frustrated with my shopping experience here. No sign is posted for not taking large bills. I had a $54 order and they would not take my $100. They should be prepared to make change as any other business. Not a solid business practice nor will I be back. I shop this location quite frequently, once every other week or so. This is not acceptable.

Mother ordered product she is disabled they woud not let us pick it up for her.we had order number they would not even talk about order unless my mother called the store .dificult prople work there.

If you are in for self do on hair color that's the place to go to. Helpful staff and good variety of hair colors to suit your needs. Make sure to bring your own bag for your purchase, unless you want to pay for dingy paper bag.I'm giving this company 4 star rating for a very simple reason: if you are trying to get customers to open credit card with you then provide shopping bags as well.I wouldn't trust my credit to company that can't afford simple shopping bags to accommodate customers comfort.
