I am so tired of being harassed to buy things (AT&T, knives, etc...), by pushy salesman. I have already come here to shop and spend MY money. I don't need them trying to tell me what I want. Yes, it's great to have someone there if I ask for help, but not to stop me from conducting the business i came in for, to tell me what I need.

During our visit today, Christine stood out to us. She had an extremely long line, but still managed to deliver professional & friendly service.I hope she is the manager in the Cafe department, if not she needs to be. Her patience deserves this & more!!Thank you for the nice experience!

Went to the cafe today with my two year old. We ordered our food from the app. Young Hispanic girl working in the cafe with black hair and black hoodie, no name tag on 10/25 around 5:45 pm is extremely rude and unprofessional. After standing there for five minutes and no one helping me, I informed her that I was waiting for my mobile order. She has the audacity to give me a thumbs up and walks away to start helping people at the register, please check the cameras!!!If your employees are not suitable for their job please move them to a different area. The Caucasian tall male that usually works the cafe is always pleasant and helpful. She was the complete opposite!

I have had the worst experience at this store. I’m so frustrated! I ordered a rotisserie chicken online for pickup yesterday at 1pm and didn’t receive a text about my order being ready till 7:47pm, less than 15 min before the store closes and what, I’m just suppose to drop everything and rush to the store!? I later got a email saying my order was ready for pickup at 8:37pm! 1 chicken wasn’t ready till almost closing!? This wait is ridiculous, won’t be ordering anything else from this place. I have been calling this store since yesterday at 6:10pm to cancel my order because of the ridiculous wait and still can’t get a hold of anyone!

This review is for the Optical Department Burleson location only. I purchased a pair of eyeglass frames a couple of months ago. The lenses are fine but the wire glass frames were not installed correctly. There is a nylon thread that keeps the lenses attached to the frame. It is unraveling after only a couple of months. Here on a Friday morning to get them fixed and there is only one person trying to wait on a lot of people.Updated from 2 to 4 stars. Shortly after I made this post, a second technician came in and they were able to fix my glasses while I waited. 4 stars instead of 5 since they should have had him come in earlier.

I had a complicated issue with my membership and manager, Victoria, actually took the time to hear me out. She problem solved and fixed the issue. She could have given me a standard answer, but recognized real world versus textbook problems and took the time to help me. This kind of customer service is hard to find and is much appreciated! It will bring me back here, even though I have a Sam’s closer to me.

I wanted to purchase a gift card , so I went to the customer service counter. The lady at customer service indicated that she couldn't do it and that I would have to go to a regular register in order to purchase a gift card. That's not true ,unless something has changed. I've done it several times before in the past. I couldn't do it at a self checkout , so I had to go to the one/only register that was open with a long wait! Needless to say, it wasn't a pleasant experience.

I frequent Sam’s Club (specifically this location) with my Sister in law and family. On this occasion I came along to help with my nieces and nephews (toddler twins) and my sister in laws Mom who had just had throat surgery.My SIL Mom went to go look at the children’s clothing and shoes, while the twins saw Squishmallows and My SIL Mom accompanied them to look. Meanwhile I was standing near the cart able to see and hear any goings on. A woman by the name of Elizabeth made a bee line straight to them and angrily told them that “they were setting a display up right now and we won’t be done for awhile.” My SIL Mom felt humiliated and ashamed and walked away.Having worked in customer service my whole life I thought this was unacceptable. My SIL went to Customer Services and spoke with a woman named Mercy who was very kind and apologetic. She asked for the employees name, which Myself and SIL went to go see. Elizabeth obviously knew we were looking at her name tag and proceeded to backtrack and lie and said verbatim “I was just talking out loud I wasn’t saying it to you all. You’re more than welcome to look at the shoes.” We proceeded to go back to Mercy and let her know the employees name was Elizabeth. Mercy said she would let front end management know. I hope that management does see this and understand this behavior is absolutely unacceptable. Will not be returning to this location unless this is addressed properly.

Fed up with their online ordering. This is the second time that I have placed an order for a time earlier than I could actually get there, and it was still not completed!! Last time I had to wait over an hour in the parking lot for my order, and this time I put in my order at 930AM, set pick up for 4/5PM and got there at 615PM and my order hadnt even been shopped yet!!! I had to again, wait over an hour to get my stuff. Its beyond ridiculous and I have no intentions on placing any more orders nor renewing my membership.

Sam's club is a good place to come if you are wanting to buy things in bulk. My wife and I come here to buy many things. They have pretty good prices. We also come to get a bite to eat.I suggest getting the app to put on your phone and when you are shopping you can scan each item and pay for it through the app.Then you can skip the check out linesSame with the cafe!

This was my first experience as a new member, and I found the app to be super convenient and easy to use. I looked into joining because I went to the Burleson location with a friend. It was an eye-opening experience. I was so impressed that I shared it with my wife. She wanted to join, so here we are. I, actually, was given permission or the go-ahead ? to join. I'm just trying to be honest. The timing was good because they are currently offering membership for $25 instead of the typical $50 bucks.
