Avery is the absolute best hairstylist! I’ve been using her for a couple of years now and she never ever disappoints. When I started using her I explained the issues I had had with other hairstylist. She listen and she has been amazing. Definitely would recommend her. And I will continue to use her till she no longer cuts hair.

AVERY! If you’re looking for a great makeup artist she’s your girl. My daughter used Avery’s services for prom makeup and hair twice this month. She had never had professional makeup done before so she was a little nervous because she is also not a daily makeup wearer so she didn’t want anything super bold.
She’s an artist. She mixed and blended shades to make sure she was using the best tone for my daughter’s skin color. Throughout the visit she made sure that my daughter was happy with how everything was progressing. She noticed minor things like how the makeup was sitting on my daughter’s skin and changed up technique. Needless to say the first visit was perfection so we scheduled her again for her second prom and again perfect. Avery is kind, she makes you feel comfortable, keeps conversation and she is fast (but trust the process) because she knows what she is doing. Makeup lasted all day/night and into the next morning.
I have to also praise her for getting us in during such a busy time of year. Not rushing us, making sure that eyelashes stuck due to watery eyes and offering to touch up anything if there were any mishaps before prom.
Hair was also great, the first visit she did a half updo that was perfection and stayed until well after 4am! Second visit we only needed makeup.
All of this to say Serendipity is lucky to have such a talent, we will be forever clients. 💛

This is by far the best Salon around. Sara has been cutting and coloring my hair for years! Brooke is an extension wizard! When it comes to brows and make up Avery my girl. Melissa keeps me going with B12 shots. Jaime, Alana the whole team is just amazing.

Serendipity is the sweetest little salon nestled right in the heart of old town, they not only have amazing stylists but also house Jerry’s boutique (that carries the cutest in-style clothing and accessories) as well as Melissa with Honeybee Wellness. She knows everything from skin to health! My family loves Serendipity and won’t go anywhere else… because they make you family!

Scheduled my daughter’s prom makeup with Avery for 3:30. Arrived 5 minutes before and she was doing another client’s prom makeup, and we sat and waited until 4:05 (35 minutes past our appointment) Not one time did she pause to come over and apologize that she was running behind, and didn’t really acknowledge us at all when we walked in. She was finished with the other client and took her time giving the girl different locations around town to take nice pictures…finally got sat and she quickly powdered in my daughters eyebrows, did her eyeshadow and not much coverage for her blemishes which lasted a whole 15-20 minutes for $90. Mind you, she went 30 minutes over our scheduled appointment to finish up the girl before us, and she dedicated half of that time for my daughter. Even worse is, not one apology or “sorry for the wait” when she sat us…just smiled at me and said “you ready”

I see Melissa for my hyperbaric therapy. Melissa is charming, professional, and knowledgeable if you are asking yourself. What is hyperbaric? It's a healing oxygen system. I was in a bad car accident and broke my neck, etc. As you can imagine, I am dealing with bad migraines. This Is my 16 session, and I am having positive results. I sleep so much better, and my flexibility is entirely noticeable. It is a healer, and it works! My goal is not to have to do surgeries. I do not trust the medical mafia At All, I am 100% holistic. If you or your loved ones have mobility issues, trouble sleeping, or any type of pain. Why not call Melissa and make an appointment? Also, another benefit is the oxygen will help your skin to look younger and fresher! It's a win, win!

So I’ve been doing my hair here for a while and Avery is one of the best stylists around! She’s always so friendly and funny. Her and Jerri always ask about my dogs and we show pictures of our animals to each other and it is the highlight of my day every time i come! Thank you so so much for always being amazing keep up the good work!

I love this place. Sarah and Avery have personally done my hair and they never disappoint. All the girls are very friendly and inviting. If u want a day to hang out with the girls , this is the place to be.

My daughter wanted a simple haircut. The hairdresser did a chopped, uneven job on her hair. She kept talking to staff instead of concentrating on my daughter's hair. She didn't even introduce herself or ask my daughter's name. Brought her back. The owner fixed the sloppy job. The owner didn't even ask who cut my daughter's hair or apologize for my daughter having to return. She just fixed her hair and said goodbye. Very unprofessional. Not going back.

Took my daughter to get a simple hair trim. Aliana was the hairdresser. When I picked up my daughter, she was unhappy about her haircut. When I looked at her hair, it was uneven, and the ends looked like the bottom of a broom. I brought my daughter back to Serendipity and showed the owner the sloppy haircut. The owner didn't apologize. She just fixed my daughter's hair and said goodbye. Never going back. Very unprofessional.

After carefully explaining to Avery the type of cut I wanted and being assured she understood and had the experience to handle short layered trims she proceeded to give me the worst cut of my life. I left looking like I just left a concentration camp. It will take weeks to recover. I have photos of this disaster. Either Avery doesn't understand basics or she just wants another customer's receipts. Needless to say I won't return.
